Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental

This vacation Studio-Suite is located at the Barbizon Beach Condominium, 530 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. The Condominium is Ocean front. You will be in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO Condominium was converted to Suites. Everything inside the Suite is new, including state of the art furniture, amenities, and a 42" plasma T.V with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lumus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach. Valet parking is available in front of the Condominium as well as parking meters. Two indoors high-rise pay parking buildings are a block away for your convenience.

Henry's Condo was very centralized and a 2min walk to the beach! It was a wonderful, clean and assisted in a relaxing vacation. He was easy going and friendly person it was easy to book the condo for the trip I will definitely be coming back to stay at one of his condos on my return to Miami Beach. :)

If ur looking for a place to stay in Miami This is the best place to stay. Its right across the street from the beach. U will b on ocean dr so n e thing from food to partying to cigars to scooter rental and super markets are within wAlking distance (when it comes to food even though there are many places on ocean dr to eat they are over priced and not as good as the food u will find a block or two up (try la parilla liberty - argentinian food or las olas cafe cheap good and plenty cuban food or la locanda the best italian food). Clubs go to LIV, Mansion, clevelander and nikki beach they will not disappoint. The owner Henry is a top notch guy. He truly takes care of the place. Upon our arrival he met us up and let us know exactly where to go and what to do. He made it a Point to answer all of our questions and let us know we could get a Hold of him at n e time if we had n e other questions. The room is great it'll fit up to 4 people 2 people on the king bed and two on the pullout couch. U could go with ur buddies or with ur girl it will not disappoint. fully loaded kitchen bathroom awesome tv even thought I'll never watch it good I pod hook up stereo system. Thing u will need 2.5 gallon water dispenser coffee and coffee machine filters bath soaps and shampoo paper towels and for an extended stay maybe some additional bath towels. The toilet takes a while to refill it's bowl so give 5 - 10 mins btwn each flush. Washer dryer also on property but u will need soaps. Enjoy ur trip

The owner’s description fully portrays how the condo really is: it is located in front of the shores in the most exclusive area of South Beach. Good furniture and cleaned. I just have to say that t there is not the owner mobile on the rental agreement, although he suddenly replied to my mail.

The location is the best and this place beats any hotel in the price range. Condo is very clean and just like the pictures, kitchen is small but with everything you need.Its next to all the resturants, across the street from the beach and Henry is very helpful and readily available.No hassles to rent or check out; stay here unless you have extra money to blow on a hotel.

Really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo. The condo, while small, was well appointed. Henry, the owner, was on top of every detail, checking in and out, and even helped us get "found" when we were lost. The location is right on the edge of the party area of South Beach. One block over and you are in an area which would be too noisy for us. It was a perfect location. Beach was nice and clean, and right across the street. Overall a very nice experience
