Other Fees: Id must be shown to the Hotel upon arrival. Reservations may only be made by those 21 years and over. Hotel provides room service and Maid service for an additional charge. No refunds if 15 days or less prior to rental. 50% cancellation fee if less than 30 days. US currency only

My family and I have always used this property on our vacations. Its great because its on the beach, the restaurant offers great food, and its really close to many attractions and shopping. We have always had a great time and every summer continue to do so.

My fiance and another couple decided that we wanted to have fun this summer in Miami beach. We wanted to rent a nice property but also something close to the Art Deco District. Many of the other properties there were older and not so nice. We ran into this one and it was great! Clean and spacious!! We took a short cab to the clubs, and restaurant and back. It was great!
