This modern upscale two-story condo is located in the Mid Beach area of Miami Beach, only 1 block from the ocean.
Here you will find an open floor plan with a brand new modern state of the art kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. The living room is complete with a private patio and floor to ceiling windows giving this condo a truly spacious feeling.
The floor plan includes two bedrooms, a loft and two bathrooms with 24 inch marble tiles throughout. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of this condo, complete with an on suite bathroom, walk-in shower, walk-in closet and a private balcony. Sleeping accommodations for 6 people include 1 king size bed in master bedroom, one double-size bed in second bedroom and a pullout couch in loft.
The innovative architecture includes a Zen-like atmosphere with a translucent, 400-foot atrium spanning the entire length of the property. Beneath the atrium, Terra Beachside's six floors overlook a courtyard of gardens and water features. We just returned from our stay at this very nice condo. Everything was well appointed with modern fixtures and furniture. We were able to book SUPER LAST MINUTE and Magda made everything seamless. Everything you need is in the condo even down to the beach chairs and umbrellas. It was safe and secure. We would have given it 5 stars but the pool was down and the entry door got stuck a few times. Hightly recommend the unit!

Simple, Beautiful, and Amazing!!!

First off, let me say that this was our first rental and it can be a bit intimidating at first. With so many shady people in today's world it can be hard to trust the right people with your money, living situations, and/or time. Working with this location proved to be the complete opposite. It was simply amazing and easier than I thought. The owner was extremely helpful and professional. The transaction went smooth and the deposit refund was even faster. Not to mention the location was beautiful and went way over our expectations. The pictures do no justice as to how awesome this location is. The neighbors were all great as well. I really do not like leaving reviews much or giving perfect scores when I do, but I seriously cannot think of anything negative about this location. There were 6 of us total that stayed and all of us were blown away from this experience. I highly recommend this location because when I go back to Miami, this is the only owner I will want to work with. Thank you again for a great place to reside in a great place to visit!!!

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath all updated apartment. The amenities are beyond belief, the view from the patio is magnificent both day and night. The apartment is clean, and the grounds are neat and manicured. On my next trip I would see if this was available.
