The units very by owner, however, this place operates hotel rooms as well. So, you may get better rates renting a private unit vs. going to the desk or reserving a unit online through the hotels website.

room was clean and comfortable; excellent location on the beach with a great pool; small kitchen but adequate; it was a nice bonus to have a closet filled with beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, and paddleball equipment; would definitely return if staying in the miami beach area for vacation
