The condo is ten minutues from Lincoln Road and South Beach and across the street from many restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. Great location.

Indeed a beach beauty

The unit was spacious, newly decorated with modern furniture, flat screen TVs in the salon and two bedrooms which were comfortable. The unit is spacious with good view of the beach which was groomed daily. Beach chairs and an umbrella is provided, direct access to the beach is very convenient. Restaurants, shops of North beach are on walking distance. Owners were very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Nice Condo in an older building

My wife and I stayed here 3 months: Jan - Mar 2010. The condo is as pictured. It is newly remodeled in 2009 and is very pleasant. All of the appliances, furniture, bathrooms, paint, etc. are new. The owner was very co-operative and was easy to deal with. The beach is just behind the building and you can see the beach and ocean from all of the windows in the condo. Many nights we slept with the master bedroom sliding door open and fell asleep to the sound of the surf. We are missing that sound, now that we are home. We walked the beach many days. We are missing doing that too. We enjoyed the North Beach village area, which has shops, restaurants, drug stores and grocery stores, all within easy walking distance from the condo. It was nice to not have to get out the car to do everything. The building is older, but there are ongoing renovations to it, which are needed.
