L'appartement est superbement situé,moderne, confortable,conforme aux photos.Les deux salles de bain et la cuisine sont magnifiques.La propriétaire, Béatrice, nous a accueillis très amicalement . Nous nous sentions vraiment chez nous. Un seul regret : il n'y a pas de laveuse et de sécheuse, les machines sont communes a tout l’étage. Ce n'est pas tres pratique, et nous espérions mieux d'une location de ce style et de ce prix(ce n’était pas précisé sur le descriptif). Mais tout le reste etait tellement bien que nous avons vite oublié cet inconvenient.

WOW does not even begin to describe our stay in this beautiful condo. We just returned from one week in paradise and will definitely be back. Without any hesitation at all, I would recommend this as THE PLACE for your miami beach and south beach vacation. Our unit was spotless and very well equipped with everything one might need. The owners were most helpful right from the first communication. The rental transaction was also very easy and the owners are very conscientious about keeping contact with you and answering questions via e-mail or phone.

we stayed over Christmas 2010 and had a great time. Only negative was the lack of a TV in the bedroom where the children slept but I am told that has now been addressed. We'd definitely return.
