I visited South Beach and stayed in one of the oceanfront rentals. Everything was as it is stated in the overview. This property was all you can ask for, close to everything. Couldn't have asked for a better place, will definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!
This was absolutely the most stress-free stay that we have ever had in South Beach. Eduardo, Lee's assistant, was there to meet us with the key when we arrived. He also helped get all of our luggage in the unit. When we got up to the room we couldn't believe that we were in South Beach. The place was roomy, full kitchen, large closet, but the real attraction was the balcony. Standing out there and looking onto Ocean Drive gave us the best seat in South Beach. Walk across the street and we were right on the sexiest beach in america. There were some issues with the code on the building door but they were promptly resolved. The unit is directly over Fat Tuesdays and Mango's so there is some street noise at night but it really wasn't an issue for us and we are an older couple. Lee and his staff were wonderful and we will be coming back soon.

"Perfect location"

We stayed for 11 days in the apartment C at ocean drive 918. It was our first expirience with apartment rentals in Miami. Everything was super! The appartment was clean and you have everything inside what you need (including beachtowels and umbrella). The Location is perfect situated, diretly at the famous Oceandrive. The service which Lee Offers is very professional and we got every support we needed. He always answeres really fast. Thank you for this amazing offer which made our stay in Miami Beach perfect!

We rented the Studio and one BR apartment for a guys weekend..Fantasy football and partying. Both places were very clean and ready upon our arrival. All coordination with Lee prior to our arrival was excellent. Right in the heart of SoBe. Easy walking distance to all the hot spots on the beach! Recommend that you get the parking pass (we did) and no need to worry about your call all weekend...only 2 blocks away. Thanks Lee!

This was my 2nd time staying at this unit and that says alot! This venue is conveniently located near the hottest clubs, great bites and on top of Fat Tuesdays (easy access to alcohol!). I stayed here with 4 other guests and we were all comfortable during our 6 night stay. The black sofa bed is the bomb. I absolutely love the ocean view from the balcony and the bedroom. Beach towels, beach chairs, appliances are all available which is a plus! If you want to be where it's happening in SoBe, I highly recommend this unit.

Great Stay @918 Ocean Dr.

Myself, my wife and a couple of friends recently stayed at Lees ocean view unit at 918 Ocean Dr. Let's just say we had a Blast. You can not get closer to the Party that South Beach has to offer than this unit unless you camped out on the sidewalk in front of it. The unit provided beach towels/chairs full kitchen and all utilities you would expect in a private residence. You are steps away from all your vacation needs and when the sun goes down the party pretty much comes to you. Our wifi was not working and Lee was right over to fix it. When we arrived alex (lees assistant) was right there to show us to our room and get us started. Anyways long story short...a great experience all round and would definitely stay there again!!! Thanks Lee...David, Lyndsay and Friends!!!

In the Midst of It all

I just recently stayed at this location on South Beach for a girl's getaway vacation. We were very impressed with the location being right in the center of it all. The beach was a few seconds away and we had access to all of Ocean Drive's restaurants by either walking right or left out of the condo. When we first arrived, we loved the decor of the condo and it was very clean. We also loved the fact it boasted a balcony which allowed us to see everything we wanted within our view of the strip. The amenities were great and we had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. When traveling back to South Beach, I would definitely rebook this condo and would recommend doing business with the owner. He made sure we received all of the necessary information before even signing the contract and had a suitable representative to meet us to give us key and additional arrival instructions. I have nothing negative to say about his service or his property, but if you're looking for a ridiculously affordable property with the homely amenities of a condo, then you have found the right place. Also, don't worry about any strangers entering the place, without the code to get in the building, you are out of luck which makes you feel at ease. If you'd like to be "In the Midst of it all," I'd definitely recommend booking this property.

Nous avons passe 4 nuits dans cet appartement avec nos deux filles debut aout. Il est tres confortable, tres bien equipe ( lave-vaisselle, four multi fonctions, refrigerateur/congelateur, cafetiere, blender, y compris chaises de plage, serviette de plage et parasol !...) et idealement situe sur Ocean Drive, sans avoir a supporter les nuisances sonores car l'immeuble est calme. On s'y sent tres vite comme chez soi. Le wifi est un vrai plus. La piscine sur le toit ( situee dans le batiment voisin) a une vue a couper le souffle. Notre depot de garantie nous a ete restitue comme prevu. Merci a Alex, l'assistant de Lee pour son amabilite.

This apartment is at a perfect location...on the strip. You step out and all the restaurants and bars are in front of you. You walk across the street and there' s the beach. Couldn't be better. Everything is in front of you. The apt is great also. We were provided with beach chairs, beach towels, etc.

Great location... Very accomidating and Up to date!!!

Can't beat this place in a lively spot . If ur looking to have a good time you can't beat this place . Beach is so close and balcony is a great feature. I was ify at first about renting with such a large down payment but Lee made everything he said true... I would definitely stay here again . Lee was a pleasure to do business with.

Best Spot in Miami

Out of all the places IVE stayed in Miami including other apartments this one takes the cake. Let me start by saying there is no better location in Miami beach better than this one. The location is on top of fat Tuesdays which seems to be where it all goes down in Sobe. The apartment was very clean and very well kept and everything was in full working condition. What I loved most about the apartment was the balcony if I Wasnt sleep or out id sit on the balcony and watch everything come alive and all the people walk by. Lee was a great host and was one phone call away whenever I needed him. All in all my vacation was amazing and this apartment had a lot to do with it. After my stay with lee I refuse to stay any where but here IVE just become a loyal customer.

We spent a very nice holiday time in South Beach. The location on ocean drive is perfect if you want to be lying on the beach all day and party at night!
The condo is very well furnished and modern. Everything is clean. The balcony with the ocean view is a must.
Lee and Alex are very helpful, they answered quickly to every questions or requests we had. As our flight back home was late, we had the possibility to make a late check out which allowed us to to get the most of our last day on SoBe.
We'll definitely come back!
Nb. As other guests said there is of course some noise in the living room (mainly during the week end), but you're here to party, remember?

The Fun We Had

This was really a great find. Lee was great from the beginning to the end of our vacation. This rental is right above Fat Tuesday's and had a great atmosphere. Lee keeps his places very clean and well cared for. The little balcony was fun to step out onto and take in the views and the night life. Can't wait to go back!

"Excellent location and apartment"

The location of the apartment is excellent! Everithing is a few minutes away and the beach is right in front of you! The apartment is very clean and well keeped, even in small details, and is also very comfortable! The owner was very gentle with us during the hole operation Everything was excellent!!!! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. This is a perfect location to be in the heart of all the action South Beach has to offer. The night life, restaurants and beaches are right out your front door. Just hang out on the baloney for the great view and people watching. The free WiFi and flat screen TV was very nice to have as well. I will definitely be returning to this place. Also, Lee and his assistant were great to work with making the process very easy.

"Great Bachelorette Weekend"

For my Bachelorette 5 of us rented the condo for 4 days. It was right across from the main strip of the beach, right in the middle of the action. There are plenty of restaurants and bars right beside the condo and it is walking distance from most clubs. We liked that we had everything we needed to cook and had a big fridge to store all our food. It was a great weekend and I am glad we rented a condo rather than a hotel.

Love everything about this unit. It's clean, decor chic and has everything you need for the duration of your stay. The entire unit was redecorated so it felt as if I was in a new place from 2010 (added plus :)!!!). Location is accessible to all hot spots in Sobe as well. Working with Lee and his assistant alex, was worry free and quick. If you are looking for a "home away from home" look no further cause 918 Ocean is it!!

From Vacation Rental By Owner..."Ocean Drive Stay Was Great!"

September 21-I recently rented the property for a party of three and had a great time. Upon arrival, we received an extremely warm greeting and a detailed tour. Everything was organized (from extra beach towels to the WiFi access code) so that we had a good vacation. The condo was very clean and we didn't have any problems with the utilities. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing. The property is located right in the heart of where you want to be for great food, live music, relaxation and fun. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful Stay in SoBe! The property was everything described in the listing - which makes for a great start to the vacation. The condo was clean and well maintained. Appliances and utensils adequate for a family of 4. We really appreciated that an umbrella and chairs were provided for the beach, and the internet access.

The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, bars, picking up tours, catching a taxi, shopping - no need to rent a car as everything was easily accessible. The flip side of this great location is that it can be pretty noisy at night into early morning. However, after the first night, we hardly noticed it.

We would absolutely stay here again, and certainly recommend it to my friends and family.

Lee, and Alex were great to work with, and very responsive to any questions, etc. Thanks to you both!

Great apartment stocked with everything needed for a weekend or week on the beach! Owner is close-by and friendly - cannot beat the rate nor the location. Restaurants and clubs in any direction - ocean across the street. Unit is on 2nd floor, right above an active club open till 4 a.m. - the music and crowd were never an issue for us. We will be back!

This condo is absolutely amazing! I came with a bunch of friends for a bachelorette party and we had the best time. The space was clean and the location was PERFECT! It's right on Ocean in the middle of all the action. There are so many restaurants and bars and shopping places nearby. The beach is literally across the street. It can be noisy at night, but who goes to South Beach to sleep?? On top of everything else, we were not only provided with towels, but there were also beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use too! We're already planning on a trip back next year and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and book this spot before someone else does!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. I've been coming to South Beach for years and I always stay on Ocean Dr. However, these were by far; the best accommodations I've ever had on Ocean Dr. The location is awesome if you're coming to party! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The building is safe and Lee was very accommodating to all of my parties needs. I'm coming back here!

This apartment was amazing, it was beautifully decorated and the location could not get any better. Within walking distance to the beach, literally seconds and close to everything you needed. Very safe area and Lee the owner was great to deal with he was very professional and also available anytime we needed him. I would recommend this spot to anyone and guarantee they will enjoy their time spent as much as my friends and I did!!!

This condo was great, my boyfriend and I arrived and met right away with the owner, who gave us a mini tour and also provided us with some information regarding the surrounding area. The condo itself was very clean, spacious and modern with nice furnishings and all the amenities you could need, including beach towels. Bedroom - nice comfy bed, clean linensKitchen - fridge, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, blender, etcBathroom - LOTS of counter space! glass shower door (much more sanitary than having a curtain), plenty of hot waterLiving room - great flat screen TV, wireless internet access, comfy couch, cute little balcony to check out the action on OceanLocation - right in the heart of the action on Ocean drive, it's next to Mango's cafe and right above Fat Tuesdays- both of which seem to be busy and bumpin every night of the week. It's also within walking distance of some of the major clubs in Miami like Mansion and Set. The beach is literally across the street which we both loved!Owner - the owner is great, he responded to all emails very promptly and gave us some great information regarding the area (restaurants, etc)Overall I would definately recommend this condo to other people thinking about going to South Beach, and I would personally stay here again on my next trip.

This recently renovated apartment is located nearby to the beach and has a magnificent waterfront view. A lot of restaurants, night clubs and other places of entertaitment will not let you to be bored. The apartment and particularly the kitchen is fully equipped (kitchen utensils, coffee machine, microwive, kitchen stove, fridge, dishwashing machine and so on) so you can feel there like at home
