"I could get used to this"

I needed a clean, comfortable, good-vibe place to work on a writing project with as much ocean access as possible. I wanted a kitchen to help keep down cost and to allow me to stay in my "writing cave" as much as I wanted. I needed to be able to afford this. My stay at 325 Ocean was a perfect combination of all of these. During the stormy days, I could sit in my living room and write while gazing at the waves. Between squalls I could walk on the beach. Then, during the sunny days, I could carry one of the comfy beach chairs out and sit on the beach. I could open the window and experience sunrise on the beach, the rustle of palms and sleepy waves all mine, while SoBe slept. Lee was accessible, flexible, respectful and down to earth. More!

How lucky was I the day I came across this listing while looking for a place to stay while in South Beach? The apartment was wonderfully modern and yet very quaint and comfortable. It came with everything you'd need for a wonderful stay. Very clean and the building owners were, while I was there, re-doing the outside of the building so I'm certain when I go back it will be like new on the outside too. The really cool thing is the entire neighborhood is being renovated. The Art Deco District is definately hoppin'! The owner Lee was helpful, he told me some really great places to eat and very caring as to my satisfaction, making certain that the construction was not an issue and that I wasn't being disturbed. An absolutely fabulous location, a great pool, steps to the beach and just a couple blocks to the crazy madness of South Beach. I loved every minute of it and I can't wait to go back! Thank you again Lee, will be seeing you soon.

We rented the condo two weeks ago.We came with four people,and stayed there for a week.It's a really great place to stay if you are planning to vist South beach.It was close to everywhere from there.We did not have to use a car once,because all of the attractions are in walking distance.The view from our windows was on swimming pool(pool was really super warm,and clean,we spent there almost every evening) and on the Beach!I wasn't sure if the condo would have enough room for four people,but it worked out perfectly.It was spacious,and had everything we needed.It was our first trip to Florida,and we were not dissapointed on anything.Next time we will definitely think about renting a place to stay from Lee Baron again.He made it so easy to us!

"Great location!!!"

Very Nice 1bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen. Comfortably accommodated a family of four.The queen size bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the couch in the living room pulls out and becomes a bed. The view from both rooms is spectacular!! the room is over looking the pool and from the pool area you can walk to the beach area, a 2min walk! The room had everything that we needed pots,cups, coffee maker, blender, plates, dish washing soap, towels, bedsheets, down blankets,beach chairs, iron and iron board, blow dryer,and last but not least a washing machine and dryer are down the hall on the same floor which was wonderful for me. Its close to everything but far from the crowds and the noise. Lee was great, he made sure that all my needs were meet from start to finish!!! He is a very trustworthy & reliable person.

What an amazing vacation! Our accommodations were awesome with a 30 second walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the "action". Thanks to our host, Lee, for under promising and over delivering. The apartment easily housed four of us and was complete with everything from beach towels and beach chairs to coffee and creamer. And oh yea....the water pressure in the shower was fine too! (I hate weak showers). We'll be calling you for our end of summer trip.....GOOD BYE HOLIDAY INN!!!!

I must say I was very skeptical about renting an apartment versus my usual stay at a hotel, but Lee Baron made me feel at ease about it. He was so easy to work with and very patient and quick in responding to all of my questions and concerns. The location is perfect!! South Beach is right behind it, so we didnt even use the pool but it was nice to have the option. All of the shops, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, neat and has a gorgeous view of the beach. I would definitely recommend renting with Lee. I'm looking forward to the next time I will get a chance to go back!!

Great location for a great price!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was a decent size for two people, and has a pull-out couch and extra linens if you have a couple more. The building was right on the ocean and had a pool and hot tub. It was within a short walking distance to many restaurants, clubs, and shopping but was set apart from the crazy, loud part of south beach (we were there during spring break). The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. You can definitely book with confidence at one of Lee's places. He was great to deal with and easily accessible. He answered every single time I called him and I know he would have quickly addressed any issues we had (but we did not have any!) I will rent from Lee again!
