Unit is very functional

The trip to Miami was to celebrate my 30th birthday. The unit we rented was functional and it had all the amenities advertised: valet parking, beach access, washer dryer, kitchen and space. The only drawbacks is the renovations going on through-out the building and foot traffic. This building is very old so they are doing cosmetic renovations: hallways, pool area and community shared space. This took away from the decor and the noise from the construction could be heard in our unit. I enjoyed my stay but I probably wouldn't rent a unit is this building again. Would like a building with less traffic.
