Best location and apartment to stay at on Ocean Drive. I have been to SoBe many times and this is the best. Intimate and quiet. Incredible pool view. Friendly hotel staff.

Had a great stay at the property. Better in person than the pictures! Best view and location on Ocean Drive. Intimate and quiet. I have been coming to SoBe for many years and rate this location most highly. Kitchen is nice to have. Hotel staff very friendly. The pool view doesn't get better.

"Fun time in the heart of South Beach"

This was the perfect location to enjoy the excitement and heat of Miami! The location is only steps from the beach, great restaurants, and vibrant clubs. The location is in a great condo/hotel complex that fits right into the art deco scene of Ocean Dr. The rooftop pool is definitely a plus too! The condo itself was charming and tidy and had a great view of all the action on Ocean Dr. Lee was very easy to work with and responded to all of my emails right away. Definitely stay here on your next Miami trip!

Hi Everybody! We spend 10 days at this apartment located at the very heart of South Beach, an unique place! The pictures are real! The unit is fully equipped, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The Owner and his crew, Alex, are very nice persons totally honests and dedicated to makeyour stay very pleasent. Don't hesitate... RENT IT! Regards. Patricia.

Das Apartment ist sehr bequem und eignet sich auch für Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Die Lage ist optimal: direkt am Ocean Drive und nur wenige Schritte zum Strand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr funktional und gepflegt. Die Küchenzeile ist gut eingerichtet mit Kaffemachine, Toster, Mixer und Töpfen. Alex, der Hausverwalter, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Abends kann auf der Stra�e ein wenig laut werden. Dafür hat man die ganzen Lokale der Ocean Drive vor der Haustür.

We had a fabulous 10 days at this unit in april and it was wonderful. We were in the heart of all the action and the pool is exceptional. The beach was great, super clean and sandy - beautiful. We had a great vacation. Lee and his team were great to deal with including meeting us at our unit after a late flight - midnight! We were very sad to leave. A real find in South Beach. Exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect location...you placed in the centre of South Beach beach where you have access to absolutely everything but yet it is peaceful if you wanna shut down for a milli second. The decor and general aesthetics is of a very high standard it's clean and it has good security so you don't feel like any and everybody can walk into your, what felt like home! It cosy it's warm it's perfect for long or short haul holiday. Lee is a great upfront professional businessman and is there to help. The pics of the apts are nice but the reality is better. I have and have had no complaints with Lee and I have used him twice ans stayed in two different apts and shall continue to rent from him. His apts speak for themselves so don't hesitate rent from him you won't regret it!

We had the best ever holiday in this apartment. It's spacious, clean, fantastically located on Ocean Drive but quiet because the bedroom's on a side street. When you're staying somewhere for more than a week, sometimes you just want to make your own breakfast. But if you want to go out, everything's on your doorstep. Doing business with Lee, the owner, was a dream; friendly, efficient and totally honest.
The flat's well equipped with a fridge freezer and a dishwasher along with a stove and oven thing. There are 2 TVs and Wifi. The bed's comfy, the bathroom great. And you get to use the rooftop pool with stunning views of Miami beach on the hotel next door. We're coming back next year. Thank you Lee!

Excellent location, great apartment!

I stayed in this apartment for 10 nights in December 2011 - I would highly recommend this apartment and renting through Lee. The process was very simple and quick to book and transfer funds etc. On arrival Lee's colleague met us and showed us to the room - he was very helpful also.
The apartment is in an excellent location right on the beach and near lots of restaurants etc so we hardly needed taxis at all! Lovely and clean, all ammenities you could want.
Found hotel staff also very helpful and friendly.
Pool is excellent and there was always sunbeds free!
All in all a great holiday and we are very pleased we chose this apartment through Lee.

Exceeded expectations on all levels.

My stay at the Congress (condo unit) exceeded all my expectations. For the 1st time in my 11-yrs of travel to Miami Beach I opted for a condo rental - proved to be a great decision - Decor & furnishings in my unit were tasteful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The a/C and all other appliances worked without incident during my entire 2-wk stay. The Building(s) & facilities were quiet safe, and clean as well. The Congress Hotel Staff & Lee Baron were always a pleasure to deal with too. 6th Floor rooftop heated pool was icing on the cake - postcard view of the beach & Ocean Drive - great place for daily afternoon vodka tonic. Congress location in the middle of Ocean Drive is "primo" - directly across the street from Lumus Park/Beach (sweet view from room too) & next to Versace Mansion...& easy walk to everything in South Beach - Ciao' -I'll be back again next year !!!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The room was spacious (for 3 girls) and clean, plenty of towels, linens, etc. Very comfy futon, huge king bed, flat screen tv in bedroom and living room. Used the kitchen instead of eating out every day, which was a great plus.

Can't wait to go back!

"One word ""excellent!!!""""

Since I contact Lee, everything was clear. He is real, and that was my first question, because the value (location vs price) was amazing. The unit was on third floor, nice view (not directly but on the side you can see the beach and the ocean), elevator a little small, but it works nice. The bedroom had a nice size, the bed was clean, and it was wounderful for relax. They have two tv´s with cable, one in the bedroom and other in the living area. The living area is spacious, with a sofa, a chair, a desk with chair, center table, and everything was beautiful. The kitchen is small, but its what you need on vacation, a lot of space for cool drinks, micro, stove, dishwasher. We spend 6 nights and the place was perfect, in the center of the action but quiet enough to have a relaxed vacation. Lee offer me a parking space just around the corner at a great price (this is a must on ocean drive). We don´t have the opportunity to meet Lee, but alex his assistant was very kind, he gave us all the information we need. In the room they have beach chairs and umbrella, so you can take them to the beach and save money on beach rentals. I´m sure we´re going back on the next vacation, and recomend for sure to contact Lee and rent one of his units. Thanks Lee and alex for a great vacation.

Everything was great about this rental. Everything is like described and really, for a first experience in renting by the owner, we were very happy.
Lee was very helpful and did everything to answer our questions and meet our demands. The location is amazing, right in the center of the action but not noisy.
The apartment is just like you see on the pictures, everything is just like described. It is also very clean and cosy. Really, we were gladly surprised.
everything is of a walking distance, the beach, across the street. the view is exactly as on the pictures. The pool on the hotel roof is also great with an amazing view.
We would deal with Lee anytime in the future and you can really trust him. Any request or question were addressed really fast.
Looking forward to go back and enjoy beautiful South Beach

Just across the road from the beach and within walking distance of good restaurants, bars and shops - makes this a perfect location. The apartment is well designed, with good sized rooms.
This property was exactly as described. It is clean, bright and conveniently located. The view on the beach and Versace mansion is great! You are moments away from all the action of Lincoln Street, Great restaurants and very cosmopolitan area of the country.
Lee was great and very quick to respond to any questions. He really wants you to have a great time. The apartment as a great roof top pool with an amazing beach view.
Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Lee was very easy to work with and we will definitely recommend you in the future!
I must say that Lee is an EXCELLENT property manager. We weren't disappointed at all!

"Such a great place to stay!"

We came across this rental when we decided that staying in a private condo would be a better option than staying in expensive hotels. We are so glad we found Lee, as he provided us with many great stay options. We decided on the Versace Mansion view suite and could not have been happier. The booking process and service was made super easy with Lee, and the condo was in a great location close to everything you need! Having a full kitchen with a stove saved a ton of money because we preferred to cook rather than eat out - but that was a personal preference. The rooftop pool was amazing -- we watched the 4th of July fireworks from up there. All the added extras (beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc.) were extremely convenient. All in all, our stay was excellent and we definitely plan to return as well as recommend Lee and his rentals to our friends!

I always come to Miami every Memorial Day for a week, and this year I choose to stay in vacation rental because you get more for your money. When I found Lee listing I was so happy because his location was perfect. I called Lee multiple of times because I was so worried about renting from a private owner and being without a place to stay. (Anybody who goes to Miami for Memorial's Day know that all hotels are booked far far out in advance !!!!!!) But anyways each time I had a concern Lee ensured each and every time. He always answer his calls and emails right away.
Once we arrive to the apartment, everything Lee describes is true. The versace mansion is right across the street and you can see everything. The bathroom was my favorite and anything you need for the beach Lee has. The little kitchenet was great, we had a rental so we went shopping to store drinks and snack. But overall this place was great and when I plan another trip i will stay again and I would refer anybody who ask me

The location is my favorite part about my stay. I loved the balcony views of the versace mansion, it's trees, and the ocean. A lot of money was saved by cooking indoors and the fixtures, furniture and condo was awesome and contempory.
I will be staying here again when I return hands-down! Thx Lee

This unit is in a great location and has everything we needed for 4 nights. Lee was super thorough and helpful with our first trip to SOBE. Extras like beach chairs, towels, and cookware made our stay very accomodating. Don't forget the rooftop pool. Friendly waiters from the restaurant below kept beverages and food flowing while sitting poolside. And the water was perfect temp. The two balconies overlooked the Versace Mansion and the street below for fun people watching too. Although parking is tight in the area, Lee had access to discounted daily parking within easy walking distance and at a price that no one could match. A/C and heat worked nicely and the modern sofa sleeper (with superb bedding) was very comfortable for an adult too. We enjoyed the privacy of no daily maid service and the in room safe was a nice amenity as well. Thanks Lee! We'll be back soon!!

Great Property in the Middle of South Beach!
Lee was very easy to work with, very communicative. He met us at the apartment to show us around and even arranged for discount parking for the duration of our stay. The apartment is great, with a king size bed and spacious living room. It overlooks the Versace Mansion, and in spite of being on the corner of Ocean Drive, was very pleasantly quiet. I highly recommend it!
