GVP has great access to both Miami and the beaches. It is just off JFK Causeway (79th Street from Miami and 71st Street from Miami Beach) which connects I-95 and Miami to Miami Beach. This makes for convenient access to Bal Harbor to South Beach on the East and Ft Lauderdale the airports and Miami on the West.Only 10-15 minutes to Miami beach, South beach and Miami downtown.

I spent 8 days at this stunning condo with my 21 year old son. Condo was immaculate and well furnished. Two full size baths with plenty of room to maneuver around. Tons an tons of storage in both bedrooms-drawers and cubbies in built ins. The Murphy beds were easy to pull down and put away-contained all linens. If coming for more than a couple of days; you might want to bring extra towels as each bathroom only contained one set. There is a washer/dryer in unit if you want to wash your towels. Okay-my favorite part were the views of the bay. They are spectacular!! From the 19th floor condo you can see all of South Miami Beach, the bridges to the south, all the cruise ships when in port, and the gorgeous Miami skyline. The master bedroom as a private balcony which overlooks the bay and South Miami Beach. The kitchen contains both a window and floor to ceiling glass siding doors and has full views of everything. There is a balcony with chairs that runs from the kitchen, across the entire living area and stops at a door to spare bedroom; also spectacular views. The living area and spare bedroom feature floor to ceiling windows, with the living area featuring sliding doors. This condo is worth every penny as it cannot be beat for price and location. It is situated on a quiet street which provides easy arrival and departure from parking area. The owner, LiLi, was easy to deal with and provided all the necessary information in advance which made checking in much simpler. So what are you waiting for...you need to rent this condo--you will NOT be disappointed. I wasn't and plan to return someday.

Stayed here for 3 months. Landlord was fantastic! Location is fantastic! Gorgeous condo with great views. Definitely worth your stay!!

Even though the pool area was under construction, the rest of the place was beautiful! I really felt like I was on vacation, relaxed and no worries! Place was clean, security real friendly. I would really recommend.
