The kitchen is granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The bath is tiled in travertine stone tile. The floors are original refinished hardwood floors. There are two LCD screen TVs with DVD/Cable/Internet. Dining room with modern glass table. Queen size bed, sleeper sofa and double size futon.
Oversized condo for south beach, 700 sq ft with full size kitchen and dining room. 9 foot ceilings throughout. 10 to 15 minute walk to everything in south beach.
