Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental

Unique 2 story loft/townhouse with 15 ft high bay windows facing south/east with ocean view from every room. Large balcony facing ocean and overlooking the pool. Unit open into a large loft with ample living room with 42' TV, open equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 Large bedroom downstair with 2 queen size bed facing ocean; Large closet and 42' TV. Upstair have an OPEN den with 2 full size Murphy bed (2nd bedroom).

Very quiet and sunny home best rented by the week.Huge swimming pool, gym... Steps to the Beach.

Area Information

20 minutes from Miami Int'l airport. 10 minutes to South Beach and Bal harbor mall. Property is located Mid-Beach on the Millionaire Row on the Ocean, 10minute walk to famous Hotel Fontainebleau. The beach is your backyard and the ocean you horizon. Taxi ride from the airport is $36 and $9 from South Beach. The S bus stop right in front the property and takes you to SouthBeach, downtown Miami and Aventura Mall for $2.
Supermarket Publix is 5 mn away by S bus or cab..

Convenience store, laundry facility, Hair Dresser and Famous Russian and Turkish Bath are in the lower level of the building.
