Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental

Spacious ocean front apartment, on 7th floor, with spectacular view to a vast, white beach and blue ocean. Beautifully decorated, marble floors. There is a Sleeper sofa in living room. This apartment is located on Collins Ave, in a small, private, newly renovated building that has a pool deck with a gym overlooking the ocean, and a jogging path on the beach.

The place was immaculate and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, beach chairs, umbrellas. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We had our coffee out there every morning. The grocery store was within walking distance as well as many shops. We hope to go back next year.

Wonderful spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, great views from everywhere in the whole apartment. Spectacularly situated, sunny, balcony, quiet and well kept property. Coin laundry facilities down the hall, not in the apartment. Very pleasant and agreeable owners, very helpful, lots of sheets, towels, beachgear. We loved every minute of our stay. We would definitely come again. Thank-you for great ´holidays.

Our stay was fantastic. We were 2 couples who stayed at this beautiful oceanfront property and we never got in each other's way. Very comfortable and bright condo with all the amenities. The oceanfront picture you see in this listing is exact if not more beautiful in person! The beach is clean, the valet staff friendly. It's a 20 minute drive to South Beach. Would return in a heartbeat.

WE had a wonderful week in your well equiped condo. It was a very pleasant, quiet time. The owners have given so much thought to lots of details that made our stay hassle free. The views are lovely. It could use a king size bed in the master.

The view is spectacular! the apartment is extremely cozy, it makes you feel at home. i had a wonderful stay there and look foward to staying there again. i would recommend this place to anyone. it's just a little far from the main attractions of south beach, but it was good to go home to that cozy apartment.
