We stayed in this wonderful condo from December 26 to January 9th 2013. The ocean view was spectacular, the condo was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. We are looking on renting again in 2013 and cant wait to get back

Tolles App. direkt am Strand. Es ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können das App. wirklich empfehlen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren im Bereich Miami.

We loved the apartment, the view and all. Very cozy, organized, offers everything you need for a great stay. The building is great, the pool and the beach in front of us also awesome! We would definitely recommend and come back there soon!

Is correct! Quiet and peaceful extremely clean and well kept. Would recommend to friends. Very close to nice restaurants and two blocks to publix. Beach never crowded and pool area very private. Have stayed in this building twice and would go again

The place was immaculate and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, beach chairs, umbrellas. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We had our coffee out there every morning. The grocery store was within walking distance as well as many shops. We hope to go back next year.

Wonderful spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, great views from everywhere in the whole apartment. Spectacularly situated, sunny, balcony, quiet and well kept property. Coin laundry facilities down the hall, not in the apartment. Very pleasant and agreeable owners, very helpful, lots of sheets, towels, beachgear. We loved every minute of our stay. We would definitely come again. Thank-you for great ´holidays.

Our stay was fantastic. We were 2 couples who stayed at this beautiful oceanfront property and we never got in each other's way. Very comfortable and bright condo with all the amenities. The oceanfront picture you see in this listing is exact if not more beautiful in person! The beach is clean, the valet staff friendly. It's a 20 minute drive to South Beach. Would return in a heartbeat.

WE had a wonderful week in your well equiped condo. It was a very pleasant, quiet time. The owners have given so much thought to lots of details that made our stay hassle free. The views are lovely. It could use a king size bed in the master.

The view is spectacular! the apartment is extremely cozy, it makes you feel at home. i had a wonderful stay there and look foward to staying there again. i would recommend this place to anyone. it's just a little far from the main attractions of south beach, but it was good to go home to that cozy apartment.
