I loved the location of this property. The beach right at your doorstep, and the pool was nice. I have a few negatives - the Noise! Not sure if it was just the certain guests that were above us but oh my gosh they were loud. Sounded like they were building a house! I guess the walls and cieling are very thin! The other thing was that the front desk treated us kind of badly. We asked for more towels the first night and told us we had to wash our towels since it was a private unit. So we called Alex and he worked everything out which turned out to be just fine. Overall a decent stay. The price was great. View was spectacular! We spent most our time on the balcony and the beach. The room was fine, just would be nice to have some upgrades and a newly rennovated room to match the new rennovated hotel.

This is not the exact unit we rented..I believe we were in studio 9. But the owner was extremely nice to work with, easy to contact and helped any way he could. The unit itself was clean, nice and we really enjoyed having the beach just steps away.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Casablanca. The renters were very helpful, and the stay was all I expected and more. My one recommendation is for the Casablanca to make its liability insurance for the use of their exercise room cover guests who are renting through rental owners. There should be a way that guests could sign a liability waiver. The pool and the location were both ideal.

We had 3 great weeks in the studio with the balcony and enjoyed it very much. The sea view was great and we loved the sunrises. We will soon be back! Christa and Gerry, Hofstetten/Basel, Switzerland
