Living area features large 60 inches flat screened TV along with the surround sound & stereo features outdoor speaker near pool area . Master suite features 32inches LCD TV . Home is comfortable along with numerous deck furnishings.Backyard has 75ft pier & fishing poles . Two car garages for our guests expensive vehicles, motorcycles or PWC . Also 42 ft spot cruiser present for the charter & space for the 30ft boat . You can bring your own .

Outstanding!

The pictures on the website do not do enough justice to just how wonderful the property really is. It was outstanding! The house had everything we needed and wanted. It was very large and had more than enough space to accomodate all of us. The house was clean, the air conditioning worked great, the pool was the best!! The bathrooms were very clean and the neighborhood was great. The house overlooking the lake was also fantastic!! I have been on many vacations and stayed at private homes and hotels and none were better than this Miami house. We can not wait to go back again and rent this property. We will be going every single year and we look forward to staying only at this house. Walter, you do a very nice job with the maintenance of this home and we look forward to our next vacation at your home. Thank you so much for being a part of the outstanding vacation we had in Miami!!!!!

Nice property with a beautiful pool. Would rent again. A fresh coat of paint and repairs to a couple of jets in the hot tub would help, but still very nice.

I want to start by saying this review is well overdue! First and most important this house was immaculant! Not to mention very spacious too. We had a party of 10 adults and we were all very comfortable. The pool was nice and the neighborhood was very peaceful. And the owner (Walter) was available for any questions or concerns that we had.(He even called to make sure we were o.k.):) After our departure he was prompt in returning our deposit. The location was great also, Grocery stores,Walmart and Mall was near! We all had a wonderful weekend there and dreaded leaving. We Just loved the house and we look forward to returning this year! Two thumbs up Walter, Thanks for everything. I highly recommend to ALL!

Una casa increible, con las mejores prestaciones. Es todo espectacular, los cuartos, la cocina, la pileta, la tranquilidad del barrio asi tambien como relajarse en el jacuzzi. Muy bien ubicado. Si vuelvo a Miami no hay dudas que me voy a contactar con Walter.

This review is long over due and well deserved. This is a very BEAUTIFUL & PEACEFUL HOUSE. The owner Mr.Walter was so very helpful. This was my very first time in Miami and the house was so great and comfortable that you will never want to leave. My guess and I enjoy every second of our stay and we are still talking about it to this very day. I would Just like to say thank you Mr. Walter for letting us stay and feel so welcome in your home.
