You will be staying in the best location !! Snuggled between millions dollar condos and beach worthy of them, in Luxurious Sunny Isles, is the ocean front condominium which we own. It is fully secured , gated and a fabulous family vacation setting .

Studio DIRECTLY FACES THE BEAUTIFUL OCEAN. Enjoy getting up in morning and opening blinds in the corner unit , Views are just breathtaking . Guests do not have to step out of the room to enjoy the feel of beach : however they can just walk down stairs and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach .
Private Tiki Bar is also available at beach . Owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas and everything for delightful vacation .

Great view of the beach

My wife and a 2.5 y.o. son stayed in this studio for 3 weeks. I stayed with them for 3 days. It was a right selection. Location, Location, Location! You are virtually on the beach. Publix (grocery) is 5 min walk. Also, a lot of activities for children. Good Eastern European restaurant with shish cabob for a very reasonable price in the vacation complex. A lot of other places to eat within a walking distance. The unit had all we needed for a stay. You may not rent a car if you are planning to enjoy the sun, ocean, and rest. Yona was very positive and we enjoyed interactions with here.

My boyfriend and I spent two wonderful weeks and a half. I could not have chosen a better place. The view is simply breath taking,we were quite happy to have located a place to stay with a REAL view of the ocean. The location and facilities were perfect. we felt safe walking in the neighborhood, no matter what time it is very quiet.the owners were very friendly and helped us with descriptions.

Q:What are the most fun things to do at your vacation rental?

A:Our Beach is so beautiful and peaceful, that many of our guest, and us included, have a hard time leavingjust being here is THE BEST. Swim and sun during the day, and you can have a BBQ right Oceanfront on our grills, relax oceanfront and sip your wine all evening and as late as you want without feeling stressed or bothered. Safe, secure , and fun.

Q:What makes your vacation rental special?

A:It's a combination of the Really Spectacular Beachfront setting, Our Direct Oceanfront Studio which few of our neighbors have which we make very comfortable for you, and the Location which is accessible to everything.

Q:What's the coolest nearby activity?

A:Walk a few minutes down the beach and you can rent Jet Skis. Less than 3 miles away is Oleta River State Park where you can rent Canoes, do Mountain Biking, or even Kayaks. Or, several miles down to Haulover Inletget on a fishing boat or find our World famous Naturalist Beach. That's all within 10 minutes away!

Q:If I love your location but desire a larger more upscale apartment, what do you recommend?

A:In our same neighborhood of Sunny Isles, also Direct Oceanfront, we have a 1200 sq ft 1 bedroom 1.5 bath 19th floor unit. It runs approximately 2x the cost of this one. The minimum rental time , however, due to administration rules is 2 weeks. If interested in this one, please ask about our "Beachplace2"
