5 miles from famous Lincoln Road and South Beach.


This 1870 sq. ft. townhome is equipped with 3TVs, 1VCRs,2 DVDs and a
stereo.
There is a king size bed in the master suite and two full size beds
in the guest bedroom .The living room has a leather
couch ,loveseat,chair and ottoman.

The unit also includes a full service kitchen with
glassware,flatware and cooking utencils complete with
refridgerator,stove, microwave, dishwasher,coffee maker and toaster,
and a in-unit laudry room with washer and dryer. There are two
hairdryers in both bathrooms and two irons with ironing board for
your convenience.

The building has direct access to the beach and the large
pool /owner will provide a key for the beach gate/.
There is a Blockbuster and Walgreens Pharmacy one block away.Publix
supermarket is two blocks away .
