Description of the Miami Beach vacation townhouse rental

This magnificent five story townhouse is located in South Beach's trendiest new neighborhood " SOFI " (South of Fifth)

The Claris Townhouse was recently awarded the Florida Builders Platinum Award for architecture in 2005.

As you walk thru the beautifully landscaped entrance way,
you will see the incredible three story wall of windows that make up the front of Claris, inside you have natural limstone floors thru-out, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, black granite counter tops and european style cabinets. The bathrooms have travertine mable showers and Kohler fixtures, the house has been professionaly decorated for your comfort.

On the first level is the kitchen and living room. There is
a 42" plasma flat sceen tv, Bose Wave Radio /cd player and dvd player.

The second level has a den/bedroom, plus master suite with queen size bed and bath, 27" flat panel tv/dvd player.

The third level has the largest master suite with bath, King size bed with pillow top mattress, 30" flat panel display, dvd player, plus views of South Beach.

The rooftop deck offers spectacular views of South Beach,
take dip in the five person Jacuzzi or cook a meal on the huge stainless steel grill with counter area plus sink. This is a great area to relax with friends day or night.

The lower level is your entrance way, there is also a garage with washer and dryer.

The Claris Townhome is located on Meridian Ave. One of the most beautiful treelined streets in South Beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, but only two blocks east or west, you have some finest resturants and nightlife in all of South Beach. The beach is only a 5 minute walk east.

Prime 112 Steak House, Nemo's, Joe's Stone Crab, Shoji Sushi, China Grill, La Locanda, Prive', Opium Garden, Big Pink, Tuscan Steak House, Nikki Beach Club, Pearl, Smith and Wollensky's, The Mark, Monty's on the Bay, La Piaggia, etc.

Hands down one of the most incredible places I ever stayed. Great location, decor, and experience. When living like a king is not a trade off for vacation Claris is the spot. Great interaction with the owner and his Miami liaison as well. Overal a great experience.

We stayed here for three nights before getting married on The Freedom of the Seas. This place is beautiful and is in great location. We wish we could have stayed longer. The pictures are exactly what you get!!!

My freinds and I stayed at the Claris townhouse September 7-10 2007 and we had a wonderful time! The house is gorgeous and the roof deck is amazing. Great place to spend an evening! The house had everything we needed and Steve, who manages the property was fantastic. The location is great because you are in a quiet area but are still just a couple blocks from a beautiful beach, nightlife and great restaurants. This will definetly be where I stay for all future trips to Miami. Thanks Keith and Steve!

It's like a home away from home. The minute you see the townhouse your jaw drops in amazement. It is exactly as described on the website. The townhouse is very cozy and comfortable arrangements. You just never want to leave. Everything is nearby--> restaurants, pharmacy, beach, clubs, banks, rentals. All who stay will not be dissapointed can't go wrong in staying here. Management was great and definitely recommends staying the night or two. I will be back again next year for sure. Thanks Keith and Steve.
