Description of the Miami Beach vacation townhouse rental
The Claris Townhouse was recently awarded the Florida Builders Platinum Award for architecture in 2005.
As you walk thru the beautifully landscaped entrance way,
you will see the incredible three story wall of windows that make up the front of Claris, inside you have natural Limestone floors thru-out, a Modern Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Black Granite Counter Tops and European Style Cabinets. The bathrooms have Travertine Marble Showers and Kohler fixtures, the house has been professionally decorated for your comfort.
On the first level is the kitchen and living room. There is
a 42" flat Screen TV, Bose Wave Radio /CD player and DVD player.
The second level has a 2 bedrooms, One with a Twin Daybed with a pull-out trundle that can be converted to a King bed or 2 twins, plus a Master Suite with Queen size bed and bath, 27" flat panel TV and DVD player.
The third level has the largest Master Suite with bath, King size bed with pillow top mattress, 30" flat panel TV, DVD player, plus views of South Beach.
The rooftop deck offers spectacular views of South Beach,
Relax in the five person Jacuzzi or cook a meal on the huge stainless steel grill with counter area plus sink. This is a great area to relax with friends day or night.
The lower level is your entrance way, there is also a garage with washer and dryer.

We stayed here over a weekend after a business trip. The house was fantastic with all the facitilies you need. The Condo was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and nicely laid out. Steve was there to greet us and was very accomodating and full of advice for things to do on our weekend. The kitchen was very well equipped and the fridge full of things that past visitors had left - which was great as we didn't have to go out and buy a full bottle of Ketchup, which would only go to waste!!! As for location - we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for a great weekend - we hope to have the chance to come back again some time!

We were blown away by the Claris Townhouse and the facilities available to us. As a group of 6, we were very comfortable during our entire stay and would highly recommend this property. Although the weather let us down, we still had a great time checking out the nightlife and relaxing on the rooftop. The Property Manager Steve was very friendly and gave us lots of tips about where to go and have a good time. Overall a great experience and definitely value for money. I would have no hesitation about booking this property again!

Neighboorhood the house was in a little downmarket but once in the house and on the intercoastal waterway side much nicer. House was not well cleaned before arrival but well equiped. Got great use from barbecue and fished from the dock. But it was a family get together and the facilites were fine for our purposes. Owner very friendly as were the neighbors.

Hands down one of the most incredible places I ever stayed. Great location, decor, and experience. When living like a king is not a trade off for vacation Claris is the spot. Great interaction with the owner and his Miami liaison as well. Overal a great experience.

My freinds and I stayed at the Claris townhouse September 7-10 2007 and we had a wonderful time! The house is gorgeous and the roof deck is amazing. Great place to spend an evening! The house had everything we needed and Steve, who manages the property was fantastic. The location is great because you are in a quiet area but are still just a couple blocks from a beautiful beach, nightlife and great restaurants. This will definetly be where I stay for all future trips to Miami. Thanks Keith and Steve!

It's like a home away from home. The minute you see the townhouse your jaw drops in amazement. It is exactly as described on the website. The townhouse is very cozy and comfortable arrangements. You just never want to leave. Everything is nearby--> restaurants, pharmacy, beach, clubs, banks, rentals. All who stay will not be dissapointed can't go wrong in staying here. Management was great and definitely recommends staying the night or two. I will be back again next year for sure. Thanks Keith and Steve.
