This is unlike any other vacation rental anywhere on Miami Beach. Our townhouse is directly on the beach with ocean view. Very spacious 2 story townhouse/condo. You can see the beautiful crystal clear, turquoise, warm waters which flow from the Caribbean, right from your living room!!! The American Riviera awaits you. The water ranges from 78 to 90 degrees all year round. Watch the waves crashing down from the unit continuously. All of our townhouses come fully equipped with a full kitchen set, complete set of linens, pillows, towels, etc.
This is perfect for a large family or friends accommodating up to 8, or a getaway for two. You’ll think the sunrise from your condo townhouse was borrowed from a postcard. Spa packages are available with the townhouse rental. Guests will receive a unlimited half-price all day spa entrance to the world famous Spa in Miami Beach, which is located in the lower lobby.

The apartmente was great, the beach even better, exelente size, really close access to the beach, and the attendants at the building were fantastic. also a good thing was the price of the parking, very affordable , overall a really good experience

First of all I want to thank you that the quality was great towards the price. If you go to a huge city like that, one just needs a clean apartment to sleep in and to eat food in. The first impression was great: pavillion was clean enough when we received it, we got instructions well enough about the nearest shops and pool, ac worked well and so on. During the holiday we didn't really hear any noise inside nor outside. With their presence, security kept people calm and nice mannered. That is pretty much the only positive thing I've got to say about the security. With a job like that, one should be nice and warm towards paying customers. If the tourist asks about something: dont be rude. The overall area was nice and tidy. It's full of tourists and hotels. It's easy to get a cab to South Beach or a bus to north etc. As a European tourist I find it pretty hard that one has to call about 10 times and send an email to be able to get a contact to the guy with the keys. This happened when we came and when we left. This pavillion we were at wasn't that bad at all. Ok, the water in the shower was either hot or cold at sometimes. The flushing mechanism didn't really work in the toilet upstairs. But we had a really great view to the ocean, we had plenty of space and the accessories in the kitchen worked well enough. The kiosk and trip arranging office downstairs are a big plus too.

This Pavilion is absolutely gorgeous. Nice views and lulling ocean waves. The building is still undergoing renovation and what has been redone looks great. We were the first to stay at this unit. The dishwasher electric did not work so we had to use an ext cord. The electrical outlets needed to be checked and secured. Other than that very clean, nice furnishings would rent again. Bliss Vacation rentals were very accomodating and the staff warm and attentive.

The hole family of 7 pepole really enjoyed the staying. Appartment is close to a quite calm part of the Miami Beach. Nice beach with clear water. Also a good pool included. I can recommed this a low/medium budget alternative for the big family.
