I recently stayed here with my husband and two young boys for a family vacation. Upon arrival, I was disgusted. The photos look so new and clean. And while the furniture is new, the floors, walls, and ceilings are dirty and dingy. There was an old plastic phone box dangling off the wall as well as plugs with exposed wires. I asked that they immediately fix this, as my youngest is 18 months old and it could be very dangerous. The maintenance man did come and remove the box, and place a piece of duct tape over the hole. He was courteous and responded quickly. The vents for the A/C all have what looks to be mold around them, and the paint on the ceilings is bubbling and chipping like it has water in it. The bathtub does not have a stopper so you can't actually take a bath. When booking this place, we asked about the noise level, knowing it was on a busy street. We were assured noise was not an issue. I can tell you this was by far the noisiest place I have ever stayed. You can hear the neighbor's dog park at all hours. There is a man who offices in a room attached to the condo, separated only by a locked door. So you can hear him whenever he is there. And the traffic is so loud at all hours, we had to buy earplugs. I also had to end up sleeping on the top bunk in my kids' room because the master bed is so horribly uncomfortable. The blanket on the sofa downstairs was taken off American Airlines as I can see the AA emblem in it. Sofia who manages the property was quite unprofessional. She brought a pack n play that we had requested when we made our reservation. But she did not provide a crib sheet. I was told there were extra linens, and there were NONE in the whole place. So we had to use a towel as a sheet. And lastly, is the issue of parking. We were prepared to have to deal with parking issues and had no complaints using the nearby lots and paying. However, Sofia said she may be able to get us neighborhood permits to use for street parking, but she made no guarantees. We gave her $30.00 just in case to cover the fees. Needless to say, she never provided the permits, and won't return our calls about returning the money. They must be in need of $$ because one day a collection agency actually came to the door looking for the owner of the place. So, overall, do NOT stay here.
