Description of the Miami Beach vacation villa rental

The Provence villa is the perfect Miami waterfront vacation home offering 5 bedrooms 4 baths for approximately 3000 SQF (280m2), it will accommodate comfortably 8 people.
This Miami vacation homes is located in the exclusive gated island of Eastern Shores, 2 minutes away from the wonderful beaches of Sunny Isles, 10 mn from Bal Harbour and Aventura. It is a 2 story comfortable well decorated spacious home with contemporary furniture that was substantially renovated in 2005.

Entering the property you penetrate in the spacious living room featuring 18 feet (6meters) high ceilings and large windows. The living room overlooks the pool patios and provides a great view of the large canal.
To the left of the living room, there is the formal dining room that offers serene views of the canal.
The spacious kitchen is very comfortable and features a breakfast area overlooking the canal.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor opposite the dining room; the marble bathroom is adjacent to it.
The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room to its right, it is large and offers views of the canal and has a wonderful contemporary marble bathroom with a bath and a tub. An additional bathroom is located on the ground floor.


The 2 last bedrooms are located in the second floor and share a large modern bathroom.
The 4th bedroom offers 2 twin beds; the 5th bedroom offers a queen size bed.

The Miami vacation home offers a great outdoor life with its superb pool area and its lounge chairs to take advantage of Miami's sun, its shaded porch where guests can read or enjoy a nice lunch. The boat dock is ideal if you desire to rent a boat or want to fish.

This vacation home is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels for your convenience. We offer free internet access and unlimited calls (to landline phones) within the U.S and Canada and to Italy, France, Spain, UK and Ireland. ( vonage service included)

hello my name is Francesca ..... we had a very nice stay in la hacienda during this february! my two kids loved that canal for fishing and watching on the water we stay really relaxed ....everything let you think your at home In the night is very calm (no noise at all) The sunrise is fantastic the pool have Sun during all day , is really friendly cooking with the open space you can stay all togheter ....thank you Daniel and Pablo for your help and your kindness see you soon Ciao Francesca and all is Family
