SoFi Villas and Garden is located in the heart of South Beach's historic Art Deco District. SoFi Villas is a small building that consist of Four / 1 bedroom/bath condos and a Two bedroom/bath condo. Rent one Villa or More.
One bedroom condos is weekly $1,100 - $1300
can sleep up to 4 guests per one bedroom condo
Two bedroom cottage is weekly $1500 - $1750
can sleep up to 6 adults in the 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage
SoFi Villas has a privated garden for our guest to sit and relax and enjoy South Beach's beautiful weather!
Resort Sales Tax 13%
Exit cleaning fee $100 per condo
refundable security deposit $250 per condo

this is a beautiful and spacious 1 bed room apt located mins from the beach!!!! beautiful kitchen for cooking and a nice living room to get the lounge on in!!!!! would recomend!!!

The view was great!Home was warmly decorated with good taste with lot of books and music.There is always somthing you desire but we shall rate it very high on our satisfaction.
