This includes marble tile, the original Florida Pine hardwood floors and original 1920's Cuban tile. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. All the furniture is new and contemporary.

Casa Pino sits on a 12,200 s.f. lot with beautiful landscaping. It is a Mediteranean style two story home with 4 bedroom + a sitting room adjacent to the Master Suite and 3 bathrooms. Casa Pino also includes a Guest House with one bedroom, bathroom, living/dining and kitchenette + an adjacent Studio with bathroom and Kitchenette. This is a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms between both properties. Amenities inclued: internet, cable, T.V's in all rooms, linens, towels and BBQ.
