This wonderful Miami Beach waterfront house is located in the private upscale gated community of Eastern shores, 2 minutes from the beaches of Sunny Isles, 5 minutes South of Aventura and 15 minutes North of South Beach.
This modern 2 story villa of around 5500 SQF has a great layout featuring 5 bedrooms (4 en suite)and 6 baths . This house is tastefully decorated with new modern furniture and provides a great environment to spend great holidays.
When penetrating the premises you will be amazed by the amazing views of the Miami wide bay. Water is the central theme around this incredible home. The spacious living room and large kitchen is perfect for guests wishing to entertain. The living room opens up to the outdoor area through large floor to ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the bay. This bay can be used to access the ocean. The second story offers access to the large master suite and balconies with its 2 Jacuzzi, one in the bathroom and one on the large private terrace. The second bedroom have also a private bathhroom like two others bedrooms on the ground floor

This family home is large enough to accommodate comfortably 10 people. The furnishing is recent comfortable and very pleasant to spend great vacations.

The outdoor area is ideal to take advantage of Miami's gorgeous weather, with a great pool deck, a large heated pool, a Jacuzzi and a boat dock from which you could hop up on your boat or fish with friends. The pool patio is the places were you will organize fantastic barbecues, sunbath or read a great book.

In 1979 South Beach, Miami Beach's Art Deco Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Art Deco District is the largest collection of Art Deco architecture in the world and comprises hundreds of hotels, apartments and other structures erected between 1923 and 1943. Mediterranean, Streamline Moderne and Art Deco are all represented in the District. The Historic District is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the East, Lenox Court on the West, 6th Street on the South and Dade Boulevard along the Collins Canal to the North. The movement to preserve the Art Deco District's architectural heritage was led by former interior designer Barbara Capitman, who now has a street in the District named in her honor.
