Location could not be better! the apartment was very clean and nice. There are restaurants on the first floor of the buildings.

ideal place for shopping

We had a wonderful experience at this place. Bed, Bath and Beyond, Target, Best Buy, Sports Authority were right across the street. the other shopping centers were really close to the Towers of Dadeland. The apartment was nice and clean. It has free parking. We spent only $10.00 in gasoline. It is really a centric place. If you are planning a shopping trip as we did, don't hesitate, this is the right place for you.

Could have been better

Very friendly staff. I am originally from Miami. It was easy for me to get around but I can see how it can be confusing for first timers so do you Homework on the area maps. Check in was easy but the apt was in a different location as stated. When we arrived at the apt it was not stocked with toilet paper and we really needed to go. We had to wait 50 minutes for the paper. The 1 bedroom apt was cozy but it definitely needs work. IT worked for us as it was 2 men on a mancation. Bed and sofa mattresses are in need of replacement. Apt is definitely in need of TLC. It worked out for us but it would not be somewhere I would take my family too. The price was worth it but I would definitely pay more to stay somewhere a little nicer. I will use this same company again but not the same building. If you are not to picky than the price and spot will work. Linnens were provided and space was adequate.

Could have not being a better vacation

As we told you ,when we gave back the keys to our apartment, our stay at Dadeland Towers was perfect !! Gonzalo, Cecilia and Franco attended promptly everyone of our needs as they arised. We needed our internet connection to work when we first checked in and we had it working in a moment. Our air condition had a small problem and Gonzalo was there in no time making the incident a non incident. Thank you so much !! the apartment was clean and very pretty. We would recommend your property to anyone. The locaton is super. Perfect!!!!!!

We had a 1BR in a very nicely appointed apartment. It had everything we needed to be comfortable (including cable tv). The apartment was clean, more than accommodated the two of us and was just far enough away from the madness of South Beach! The complex was quiet and equally as clean. We will definitely use Miami Vacation Rentals again when we return. The staff was helpful and accessible. This is the absolutely best way to travel to Miami if you are staying more than 3 days and want to get the best bang out of your buck!

We reserved a 2 bdrm. An error was made and we got a 1 bdrm. We got there around 7pm and immediately called Franco, the owner. Within one hour Franco got us into a brand new 1 bdrm unit that was bigger. The next morning we were moved to the requested 2 bdrm apartment which was just as nice as the brand new apartment. Franco really went out of his way to get everything corrected. He was very apologetic and accommodating. The location of the building was absolutely perfect. The apartments were clean, bright and very big. I was there with my husband and two kids. Everyone was more than pleased with the accommodations. We really wish we owned the unit ourselves! My husband was skeptical at first and in the end, he was recommending the place to everyone he spoke to. I highly recommend it. Go for it. You won't regret it!
