Description of the Miami vacation apartment rental

Nice and convenient location 6345 Collins ave, reasonably priced, minutes from Miami International Airport, Downtown Miami, Bayside, The New Midtown Mall, Aventura Mall, and exclusive shops of Bal Harbour. Unit has two full size beds. Updated Kitchen. Updated Bathroom with walk-in shower, Cable, 1 TV’s Telephone/ Wifi Services throught the buiding, walking closet, plenty of storage Cabinets for long or short term use. Linens, dishes, cookware, beach chairs, and more. Valet parking for one car. This condo has private access to the warm sandy Tropical beach and pool, outside shower by the beach. Laundry room on each floor. 3 DAYS MINIMUM RENTAL.


ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS:

Some activities that may be done at the beach are sunbathing, swimming, jogging, and variety of Water-sports. Our condo is within walking distance to Publix Supermarket, Navarro and Walgreen Pharmacies, Blockbuster Movie Rental, Local Gym, Beauty Parlor, Local park by the beach. Near South Beach, Cafes and much more.

Rates range from $85.00 night to $100.00 according to season, You can pay Via Paypal, Western Union, or direct deposit to my Wells Fargo Account. There is a $50.00 check out cleaning fee. (Pet Security $50.00, Pet Rental fee $50.00 from 1 day to 30 days)

Price for the time during Christmas and New years is $100.00 per day between December 15th to January 5th.

NICE AND CLEAN PLACE WITH A GREAT VIEW

I just came back from a week in Miami and stayed in this apartment, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable the pillows very flufy So they are perfect to rest after a long day, the refrigeratore its big enought to fit everything you need for a whole week and more plenty of dishes and utinsel for 4 people, everything was in place, it is on the 9 th floor so it has a great view of the ocean and the pool, the window panels are double So they are great if you want just to partial block the Sun with the sheer ones or completely block the light if you use both for those mornings that you want to sleep in late, one thing was that there was no iron in the room but that was no problem at all I went downstairs to the lobby and ask for one which was send very soon with one of the housekeepers another thing that I noticed was that there is no full size mirror in the room other than the one in the bathroom above the sink So for me and my friend that was a little inconvenient but other than that our stay was very pleasant the guys at valet parking are very efficient and friendly, the location it's great ( 63rd and Collins Ave ) close to everything, right across the street there is a 7 eleven and a couple blocks from there a BIG grociery store, the reason I decided to stay in this apartment it was for the reviews it had So Ofcourse I had to add one about my experience during my visit this was my first time on a vacation rental So I wasn't very comfortable about the whole procedure but Now after this experience I will definelly recommend this unit to everybody if you are looking for a Good place to stay in Miami beach at a good location,clean,comfortable,with a great view and a good price. THIS IS IT. I have to mention that Maria even took the time to come to the hotel and meet with me So I'm sure that if this unit it's not available she can accommodate you in another one. Thank you So much Maria for your time and attention to detail during my stay in this apartment. I definelly recommend your apartment to everyone. This condo is a great value for its location and comfort. It is comfortable and clean. Located in mid Miami Beach close to everything. Beach and pool are right out back. I would gladly stay there again and recommend this condo to other families.

very well equiped kictchen, nice decoration, excellent for vacation with kids (2), clean, plenty of extras. Just in front of the ocean. Very quiet. Near many convenience stores. Just a beatiful place to stay at miami beach.

Great Condo and Location

My friends and I had an amazing time Miami. The Condo is very comfortable and clean. The view is amazing from the room. The valet staff was very friendly. The location was great which had an 711 across the street to buy items for breakast or dinner as the condo is fully service with a fridge and stove. I will definatley return to this condo. Maria was also very pleasnt to deal with. Thanks again.

I was there for two weeks in apt 905. We were very pleased,the apt was very clean and had everything we needed especially the big window looking right to the ocean,and i have to say Maria-Elena,the agent that rented us the unit is wonderful,very helpful and was always there when i needed something. I would absolutely go again!
