Reasonably priced and fully furnished This studio has a balcony and has ocean view There is cable WiFi linens and cookware included The location of this studio is minutes away from Miami International Airport Midtown Mall and International Mall

Activites include swimming jogging water sports and much more Near by there is Publix supermarket
Navarro and Walgreens pharmacies Also there are other places such as BlockBuster movie rental Local gym and a beauty parlor There are many Cafes in the area

Amenities There is a large swimming pool and the beach feet away There is a restaurant in the lobby and public transportation The rate range is from eighty to one hundred twenty five Dollars depending on the season A fifty Dollar cleaning fee There is a security deposit which is refundable at check out time when you book for 30 days or more.

Rates range from $69.00 night to $120.00 according to season, You can pay Via Paypal, Western Union, or direct deposit to my Wells Fargo Account. There is a $50.00 check out cleaning fee. (Pet Security $50.00, Pet Rental fee $50.00 from 1 day to 30 days)

Price from October 1 to December 15th at $80.00 a night.
