The building has a huge heated pool, Pic-Nic area on the Beach, Valet parking, Gym, Playroom, 24 hour TV Monitored Security System.
This anew remodelled, non smoking apartment has: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, double toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, central air conditioning, 3 TV's (in living room, kitchen and bedroom), DVD/CD Player, Office desk, WI-FI, beach chairs, umbrella and linen.
We have trained personnel to prepare and clean under Kosher standards.

Security deposit will be returned upon check-out if the apartment's conditions are fine and no any violation of the Condominium regulations have been reported.
