Description of the Miami vacation apartment rental

This very nice studio, with 1 Full size bed, and 1 Queen size bed, full kitchen, separate bathroom, and separate closet is located in the north part of Miami Beach, whithin walking distance to shops, restaurant and more,
Nice and Convenient location, Reasonably priced in Millionaire Sector. Double Studio, 4 persons maximum. Fully furnished and equipped Cable TV, Phone/High speed Internet. Kitchen has microwave, stove, refrigerator, all linens a dishes and cookware. Ocean front property with pool and amenities Restaurant and Bar inside. Vacation short and extended stay available. Valet parking for one car included in the price.

Rates range from $69.00 night to $100.00 according to season, You can pay Via Paypal, Western Union, or direct deposit to my Wells Fargo Account. There is a $50.00 check out cleaning fee. (Pet Security $50.00, Pet Rental fee $50.00 from 1 day to 30 days)
Price from December 15th to January 5th is $100.00 a night plus the $50.00 check out cleaning fee.

Area Information

Amenities: Endless beach, large heated pool with pool furniture, free wireless Internet in the intire building, This location is in the "North Beach District," we are not in South Beach, but we are 10 minutes away from it, valet parking included, restaurant, bar, convenience store. Centrally located, 10 minutes from virtually anywhere in Miami Beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, most restaurants also deliver. Security and parking attendants 24 hours.

Muy buena relacion costo&beneficio

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, tiene buenas instalaciones inlcuida la pileta. El depto es muy comodo para dos adultos y un menor. El hotel tiene sus años pero tiene su mantenimiento (estaban pintando los pasillos en el piso donde estabamos). Lo recomiendo!
