This 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, this is a water front condo-hotel, is located in Collins avenue and 54th Street, Miami Beach, Florida, on the beach side, just minutes from South Beach and Downtown Miami, to the north Bal Harbor and Aventura, Across the bridge just minutes from the Miami Hospital District, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell Financial District, South Beach, and the Airport.

Good for short and long term stay.

Fully equipped Kitchen, washer/dryer in the building level LL, T.v. in each bedroom and living area too, wi-fi Internet, central air and heat, valet parking, 24 hr security. Beach and pool.

Furnished, equipped with linens, kitchen items, and basically everything you may need for a short or long stay.

There is valet parking inside for 1 car.

Area Information

LOCATION, LOCATION. This is the central location of Miami Beach, called Millionaires Row, and convenient to everywhere in the county. This District has many millionaire buildings sharing the same beach.

There is public transportation to virtually every where in the county, including to the airport.

Holiday rate will increase to $170.00 a night same as weekend nights. This includes From December 15th to January 5th.

Very Nice!

The place was very nice. The pictures were exactly how the condo looked. The security and valet was extremely nice. above all i enjoyed staying here and look forward to doing later business with Mrs. Maria who was very helpful and understanding!!

The location is amazing! 1 min from the beach... More dishes and cutlery in the kitchen would have been nice.
