The Silvia was the perfect place for us. Only a block to the beach and a short walk to the conference center. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Best of all was the place itself. It had everything we need from Nespresso machine to washer/dryer. Definitely will stay here again.

I was a little reluctant at first because you just never know what to expect. All my uneasiness went by the way side once we turned the corner and saw the place. The great location and the building very cool. The placeâ�¦.3 full sized bedrooms and 3 baths (bonus wash & dryer), which is unheard of in Miami. It was extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. The locationâ�¦.it was perfect! One block from the beach and two doors down from the best outdoor bar in all of SOBE (The Broken Shaker). Also the best part of the location is that you are on 27th and you can then go into the heart of SOBE when you want to do the tourist thing and then discounted from the craziness back at the place. Cabs are very easy to grab and less than a $5 ride. Or you can rent a bike share right outside the doors. In our party we had 6 people and they all were amazed and patted me on the back for finding the apartment for our stay. All of the credit has to go to the hosts (Diego and Arthur, Magda) they made the entire experience beyond spectacular. I have stayed at a number of hotels in SOBE (some of the famous ones) and the customer experience at the Silvia topped all of those. Would I recommend this place to a friend? Hell yes, I am going to recommend it to all my friends!
