Description of the Miami vacation condo rental

This luxury studio in up scale Brickell area has breath taking bay and ocean views, two pools, beauty parlor, several restaurants, convenience store and many other amenities. The studio accomodates 1 to 4 persons, has a full kitchen, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, fully equipped with TV/Cable, free wi-fi, 1 queen size bed, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, towels (beach and bath), linens, radio and radio/alarm clock, dishes, cookware, practically everything you may need for a weekend or a lifetime. Surf the Internet anywhere in the building through wi-fi. Lounge in the beautiful redecorated lobby, there is a restaurant and bar inside, with its outdoor dining area "al fresco", oversize pools, and is simply in the best central location, close South Beach and down town Miami and everything else but yet in an upscale and more tranquil area. Plenty of bus transportation practically at your door. Valet Parking is only $7 per day. There is laundry in every floor. Security in the premises 24 hours. Monitored with cameras.

Area Information

Brickell is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers. Referred to as the "Manhattan of the South,"[2] Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, mostly along Brickell Avenue, Brickell's main north-south avenue and along Miami Avenue, home to many popular Miami restaurants, shops and places of entertainment. A few hundred feet east of the northeastern side of Brickell is Brickell Key, a gated island of upscale, high-rise residential and hotel towers. As of 2009[update], over 190,000 office employees work in Downtown and Brickell.[3] Today, the Brickell and Downtown Miami neighborhoods are the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Miami, growing from 40,000 residents in 2000 to 71,000 in 2010. Brickell is served by the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell station and by 5 stations of the Metromover's Brickell Loop.

I stayed here with 4 other girls and this place looks exactly as the pictures show. Amazing condo, very clean and in a great area! Kitchen and washroom were great, and the beds/couches were very comfortable. We were walking distance to a grocery store and plently of restaurants. I would 100% book with Carlos again.

I came with a couple of friends I go to school with here for spring break. It was amazing!!! The house was very beautiful I wish it were mine to keep the pool was huge and the rooms were very comfortable. The owner checked on us regularly and made sure that everything was working right, we plan on keeping in touch with him because he is such a knowledgeable person about tourist spots and great outings

I really recomend this house for rental!! The house is very clean!! Wonderfull room!! It has a great size pool!! With a huge backyard!! I spent 9 days in miami and this house Was the key to have a great time in miami!! I really recomend this house 100%!!!

If you are looking for a house to rent,this is what you want. The house itself is really nice and clean, just like the pool and anything you find inside the house. Location is perfect. All the shops you need are very very close. Going to Miami Beach/Downtown doesnt take long either. The owner is a great guy and very respectfull. Whenever we had any questions or problems he tried to help us. The price performance ratio is awesome and doesnt deserve less than 5 stars. Next time we are in Miami, this will be the place to stay for us again. All thats left to say is thank you Carlos for a wonderful stay.
