These are the rates::

1 BEDROOM.....1 BATHROOM NEWLY REMODELLED...
for $1400 per MONTH--- (MINIMUM 4 MONTHS)
OR $600 per WEEK.........(sleeps 3).....

---OTHER RENTALS AVAILABLE----
2/1 for $1700 per mth (sleeps 4).....minimum 4 mths.
weekly rate: $900.

These are very nice newly remodelled condos.

• Deposits: Required is a $200 - $500 deposit depending on what size rental you want..... You may call us with your deposit at anytime-- must be at least 30 days before occupancy. A $150-$200 deposit required on pets.....
   
• Other Fees: We rent monsly by the month for short 4 mth leases or longer. If we happen to have a unit vacant awaiting another lease applicant, we can let you have it for some weeks. Please inquire if you need WEEKLY rates. We have 1/1 and 2/1 condos.
