Perfect Miami vacation spot!

My girlfriend and I were debating on moving to Miami, so we decided to rent a place for a month to see if we liked it. I talked to Carlos about his place and he described it as very modern, a very centrally located condo, close to everything including the beach. It was more than what he promised!! You are only a few blocks from midtown shopping ( Target, Marshall's, yogurt, Guess, etc.) about 5-8 minutes from either end of south beach, you are a few blocks left or right of both causeways! The furnishings were very new and modern, all stainless appliances with utensils for cooking, flat screen with good channel selection, a full bath and a half bath (speeds up getting ready) a wrap round balcony that has bay views and the pool directly below. Coverd parking was very nice too. Carlos met us at the condo and explained everything to us, where to go, where to eat, all the hot spots and do's and dont's of Miami. Overall we could have not had a better place or a better person for our one month stay in Miami......because we ended up moving across the street!! I would recommend Carlos and any of his properties to family and strangers! Thanks again Carlos!!

Excellent studio and mgmt

This is the second time I stay in one of the properties managed by Carlos. Like in the first time, I got a studio in brand new condition and immaculate condition in a very good location. Carlos is friendly, attentive and honest. I had a couple of minor issues that were resolved on the same day thanks to Carlos who directly or indirectly (through someone) fixed it on the same day. Next time I come to Miami, I will contact Carlos again. I highly recommend the properties he manages. Thanks, Carlos!

We rented the apartment last april, and it was the best decision we've ever made in terms of lodging. You have all you need to enjoy the freedom of having your own place in Miami. The place is spacious, the amenities are ok, it was very clean and comfortable. Having your own parking place was a plus. Location was good, the driving distance from the beach was not an issue. It's just minutes from South Beach, restaurants, and the very famous Lincoln Road. On the other hand it has the upside of being close to the airport and downtown. The view is fantastic, you have in front of you a wide open view of the area from where you can see the bay. The owner, Carlos, is really great and responded to our needs, and he cared for everything we would have ever need that it wasn't present. Whenever I'm back to Miami, I'll stay there again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Miami.

BEAUTIFUL!!

It was our first time in Miami and it definitely won't be the last! This loft was beautiful and spacious with enough room for a party of 6 or more. Our first concern was how far it was from the beach. Come to find out, it was only 10 minutes away (driving). If you want a taste of Miami in tranquility I would DEFINATELY recommend this loft! The view is BEAUTIFUL, the owner is convenient and very helpful and you’re far enough from the noise but close enough to the excitement of south beach. Trust me when I say, the next time I am in Miami, I will we staying here! ;-)

Amazing!

This loft can only be described by one word: amazing! My friends and I rented the loft for a week in March, and literally were in tears when we left! The open floor plan with 3 beds and two bathrooms allowed 6 girls to live comfortably. We truly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the pool located in the building. The loft is located in a nice, quiet a neighborhood, so we got a good amount of rest, a drove the 15 minutes to South Beach everyday. The owner was very nice and accommodating, in fact we plan to rent from him again in May!
