Luxury condo is available for short/long term leases. The building is one of Miami`s signature high-rise newly built buildings with hotel-like services, located in Miami`s most booming area offering a high-class tropical cosmopolitan living. Wi-Fi, 2 SMART HDTV`s with FREE movies on demand, gym/spa, pool with sunbed and cabana/pool-bar access included. Walking distance to the Miami Heat Arena, financial district, Mary Brickell Village, restaurants, bars, Bayside Mall and Bay Front Park. Ride to South Beach is about 8 minutes and costs around $12 with a Taxi.

ULTRA base rates:
Weekend 1: 2013 March 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th $4000 for the 4 nights, parking included. Minimum stay 4 nights.
Weekend 2: 2013 March 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th $4000 for the 4 nights, parking included. Minimum stay 4 nights.

To calculate your total cost, add up the cost of weekend and weekday nights during your stay then add 14% and $100 cleaning fee.
Price is for 4 guests. For each additional add $30/night.
Weekday nights ($185): Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu
Weekend nights ($250): Fri, Sat , Sun
Only weekend nights ($290): Apply only if your stay does not include weekday nights.

On-site parking is available for additional charge. Condo sleeps up to 6 but prices are quoted for 4. Each additional person costs $30/night. Minimum stay is 2 nights. $400 refundable security deposit required at the time of reservation. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your check-in date except for last minute reservations. Failure to make a full payment in time may result in loss of security deposit. Special event and holiday surcharges may apply. Preferred payment methods are direct deposit or online credit card payment. Cleaning fee $100. Tax 14%.
