UNIT 204 is a large studio corner unit apartment at 918 Ocean Drive, in the heart of the world famous Art Deco District of South Beach Miami.

This condo offers a full kitchen, full private bath and sleep space for 4-5 people with 2 queen sized beds and a full sized fold out.

Additional amenities include: coffee maker and toaster, full size fridge, oven and range, cable TV with DVD player, free wireless internet, Ipod dock/clock radio, and central AC.

This condo is a corner unit which means that there are many windows and lots of natural light.

Although we have a detailed pricing list for the unit below, please feel free to contact me for special pricing. If we can offer a reduced minimum stay, we will. We'll do our best to work with you to provide accommodations at your request.

UNIT 204 is located at 918 Ocean Drive, within 2 blocks of many of South Beach's most popular spots like Mango's, The Clevelander, Versace Mansion, Wet Willie's, News Cafe and many many stores.

Of course the gorgeous blue Atlantic Ocean and petal soft sand of the beach is right across the street.

At night, the neon lights illuminate the Art Deco buildings along Ocean Drive and the luxury cars line the street.

The many restaurants are open for dinner and the nightlife is endless.

Take some time to explore off of Ocean Drive and you will enjoy the many shops and restaurants of Collins Avenue (one block away) and Washington Avenue (2 blocks away as well as Espanola Way (6 blocks) and Lincoln Road Mall with its boutique shops and sidewalk cafe's (10 blocks).

A: Either give me a call or send me an email and we can discuss cost and availability. Once you've determined that you are ready to move forward with the booking, I will send you a rental agreement, send it back along with the initial payment and the condo is yours. In most cases, the final payment isn't due until 2 weeks prior to your arrival. All details are in the rental agreement and I am happy to offer any and all questions. If I can't accommodate you in our condo, I may know of others that are available within this same 918 Ocean Drive complex, so please ask if even the calendar appears to show no availability.
