Beautiful Entertainment Home in a tropical setting!!!! This is a nice large home on more than a half acre corner lot. It has 2300 sq. ft. of living space. It has four Bedrooms and two baths with the Master bedroom having sliding glass doors to the pool. In addition there is also an access from the Master bath to the pool. It has a brand new air conditioning unit. The hall bath has been renovated with marble tile and a new jetted 6' tub. The formal living room has a real wood fireplace for those occasional chilly nights. The kitchen has an island and a pass through to the bar area which is attached to the Family/sun room in the back. There are French doors leading from the Family room to the large patio out back which boasts an outdoor fireplace / grill complete with a smoke stack. Next to the patio is a 30' swimming pool. The pool has the new Pool Pilot system which uses salt instead of chlorine (better for your hair and eyes) and there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off. The lot is square at roughly 157 ft. x 157 ft and has lots of Coconut trees, as well as a huge Advocado tree and a lemon/lime tree in the back. It has an oversized garage, and you can fit at least a dozen or more cars in the large driveway and on the grass in front for large groups.
