Great experience

I attended a 2 week conference in Miami with two other people. We needed a place to stay that was within (short) driving distance, and narrowed down our choices to this house. The exterior pictures do not do the property justice. The house was better than we expected. Clean, spacious. We each had our own bedroom, a full sized kitchen with stove, full sized frig, microwave, and all cookware and silverware. It has a nice sized yard, a patio area, and barbecue! The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to shopping. I only wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Thanks to the broker for making the process so smooth. I would definitely recommend the house to the next renter. You'll enjoy it!

Young man providing service of a lifetime ..

Who would've thought this kid would go the extra mile to provide me and my family with the type of service only someone with the kindest heart can provide. I have heard of Miami being the coldest city when it comes to personality but Jack Ospina Proved me wrong. He really did! He excelled in service although the home was basic and provided me with the necessities to live comfortable for a couple weeks. My father was rushed into surgery after they finally found a liver transplant in Miami. We had searched all over and no one would give is a break. This young man cleaned the home himself because it was too late to call a company. He oppened the doors for us at 4 am and woke us up the next morning to make sure we were ok. All I can say is that maybe we were lucky to find this alternative but maybe its just his approach to all his clients. God bless him and his homes. Rachel in Boston

A Blessed Home

Finding out we had to make another extended medical trip to Miami for Bill's surgery, we found ourselves needing lodging for 43 days. We knew that the hotel we'd used for the shorter trips wasn't going to be adequate for recuperating from major surgery, not to mention the hotel rate.  We had the greatest experience meeting & dealing with Jack Ospina and his wonderful "group of angels" and are grateful for the opportunity to be blessed and be able to call this "vacation rental" our "HOME AWAY FROM HOME". The supplies provided were very adequate. The area is safe, quiet and friendly; there is a beautiful park two blocks away. The Tropical Park and shopping are just the other side of 826 and Bird Road.  The birds LOVE this property...if you talk to them and feed them, they will come in flocks.  This house is one block off Bird Road and it lives up to its name.  We WILL return to ANY of Jack's properties (he has many) on our next medical visit or just to vacation for a change.

Good for a Weekend

This home is a great place to stay for a long weekend in Miami. It is conveniently located by the Airport, the 826 highway and shopping, yet it is not noisy or in a bad neighborhood. ALthough the kitchen is not fully stocked, there are enough items available to serve a good family meal or a quick breakfast. This is a recommended property.
