550sq ft large living room with beautiful marble floors through out the home, a large modern kitchen with breakfast area, and 32 feet of continuous glass doors look out to water views. Large outdoor dining area,
Water and pool views from kitchen, livingroom and master.
Deepwater ocean access on 75 ft of waterfront with no fixed bridges.
Sans Souci Estates is a very exclusive community guarded by real on duty police 24/7.
The large master bedroom has views to the water and pool. Walk in closet and master bathroom with beautiful mosaic dark blue tile.
Tub and toilet secluded from vanity.
The modern Sans Souci architecture is surrounded by neighboring million dollar mansions.
It can easily accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably, and one child in the crib. The sofas in the living room are
large enough to sleep 2 extra people.

It is equipped with 42 plasma TV, Direct TV with all the channels, DVD video, stereo, Highspeed wireless Internet access.
It features a beautifully dark tiled swimming pool, dock, barbeque area with counters and large outdoor dining area.
Furnishings are good quality mix of modern and mid century modern, that give a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Located just down the street, Bal Harbour attracts the rich and famous from around the world, home to some of the best shopping in all of Florida, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth, Cartier,Chanel, Chloe, Escada, Bulgari, Chopard, Christian Dior, Versace, Prada, etc...
San Sousi is surrounded by night life activities among which it includes opera, ballet, symphony, world-class museums, and art galleries.
For those who love the ocean, there 's snorkeling, windsurfing,
swimming, boating, wave running and more. There are also dozens of championship golf courses,
tennis courts within walking distance, and other athletic activities at your doorstep.
A step away from everything
Because of the beautiful marble flooring throughout the house, we were worry free when walking in from the pool. We also enjoyed the full length windows and glass doors, all overlooking the beautifully tiled pool, we enjoyed the fishing poles!
The location was perfect! Away from the stress of being right downtown we were only a quick drive over the bridge to the island and a quick drive down to South Beach and a very quick drive to the airport and downtown. We were all pleased with the easy access of home and the comfortable community. The neighbor, all very friendly.
