House was completely renovated in 2007. The house is surrounded by 8 privacy wall allowing you plenty of privacy. You will enjoy and large backyard and front yard as well. The house has 3 bedrooms and two baths, dining room, family room, foyer and patio. All the rooms are tastefully decorated, European kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop/backsplash with travertine floors. Elegant master bathroom with marble and over the counter double sinks. Beautiful wood floors throughout the house that compliment a historic beautiful fireplace.
Home is very elegant and spacious. It is definitely for the mature traveler who loves privacy and history.


House is completely furnished including Telephone, Cable service, fax and printer, and internet service available.

To lease you must present a copy of your current electric or home phone bill, and a copy of your drivers license. Payment is in full by either cash or American bank drawn cashiers check, either before or on the day you arrive, a deposit is required to confirm date. This is refundable with cancellation out side of 14 days.

'The Roads , is an exclusive and historic community in Miami. It is a highly desirable central location located next to Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Coral Gables. The house is located minutes from South Beach, Miami Beach, downtown Miami and beautiful white sand beaches. Easy access to I-95 and other major highways, heading N for Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, etc., and S for the Biscayne Bay and Everglades National Parks, the Florida Keys, and Key West.

A few blocks beyond awaits the experience of Calle Ocho, or 8th Street, a colorful slice of Cuban life thriving in American soil. Close to public transportation, the Science Museum and beautiful Vizcaya and Miami beaches.
