A $ 350/w security/damage deposit is required due along with remaining rental balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit is refundable within 72 hours after departure providing that there has been no damages or excessive cleaning required too bring the house back to its original condition.

It was the best vacation ever. Our family really enjoyed this home. The kitchen is spacious, functional. We would definitely stay in this house again.Very impressed by the location and properly upkeep.

This rental was centrally located for easy access to the airports as well as the beach and our son's wedding at Vizcaya. The unit was clean though sparsely furnished - no cable TV or Wi-Fi, one dish towel, one wash cloth per bathroom. The neighborhood was initially a concern but it really was quiet and safe. The unit lists sleeping for 8 but has three beds. One of our group slept on the couch. The price was good and the owners were very nice and met us at the unit at the arranged time. Also we received the refund within hours of leaving the unit. Overall a very good rental for the price.

Clean and Quiet Place

We were a group of 7 and stayed at this place for labor day weekend. It was a clean and Quiet place. We did enjoy our stay here except that there is no Wi-Fi available. It was spacious, comfortable and Brian/Barbara were very helpful. It is closer to most of the places we planned and convenient to get to the airports. I would recommend this place to any of my pals visiting Miami are.

I would like to thank Barbara and Brian for the wonderful stay my friends and I had this past weekend. We stayed at the villa for the Jazz in the Gardens Concert. If anyone thinks this place is not real I am here to let you know this place is awesome!!! It is just like the photos and it is very clean and well kept. We all enjoyed sitting outside under the covered patio. We will be back again!!!

What a great vacation home! The home is very spacious with large bedrooms upstairs. Once our kids were asleep, my wife and I were able to enjoy a movie downstairs without disturbing them. Try doing that in a hotel room! It also worked the other way around, when the kids wanted to watch their morning cartoons, we were able to sleep comfortably upstairs.
We were also able to go to great restaurants just minutes away in Miami Lakes and then enjoyed shopping on beautiful Main Street. Best of all, any food that we'd bring back from the restaurants, we were able to store in the refrigerator at the home and later reheat and enjoy them in the home's comfort.
I will definitely return.
