The house were completely renovated, wood cabinets gourmet kitchen with granite tops, stainless steel appliances, center island where 4 can eat, also spacious great room (family room and dining) where family can enjoy games, TV, or dinner.
In addition to that the house has a totally independent multiroom used to watch TV or just to relax, these social areas are complemented with a private terrace where is allowed to smoke, grill or just enjoy the fresh sunset during any season.
This fabulous house provide commodities sushi as full working office desk with fax machine, telephone, printer and high speed internet, for a good book reading or to accommodate additional guests, a full size futon sofa has been accommodated in this room.
Master bedroom with a full size bed and puffy pillows was designed as a complete independent space from the rest of the house with a spacious walking closet and master bathroom with double sinks and plenty of drawers for storage. This space is a combination of marble, hard wood floor and maple cabinets, also the hot tub with jets where you can enjoy a relaxing and/or romantic moment.
The second room has a full size bed and large bathroom that also have privacy in a house.

Coconut Grove is located on the coast of Biscayne Bay. This location is a center of tourism that attracts people with breathtaking side views and unique flavor of tropical city life.
