• Other Fees: SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Client shall provide owner with a security deposit of $10,000 . This sum will be returned to the client within 30 days provided that the property and its equipment are returned in an acceptable condition after Client vacates it. The Security deposit is due at least 28 days prior to arrival The Client is provided with a full inventory of property contents on arrival. Any breakages or missing items during the duration of this agreement will be charged at cost.
