Description of the Miami vacation villa rental

A beautiful renovated house and large garden. This house has wood and tile floors, updated kitchen with brand new appliances, all new gorgeous furniture.
3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms, arches throughout and lots of light. The new windows overlook a private, lush tropical, fully fenced garden. The property sits on a very quiet road in historic Shorecrest; 15 minutes from downtown, the dream-beaches and the airport...really a beautiful quiet retreat with all the amenities!

I was very fortunate to be able to stay at 861 Miami. Cathy and Gerard were very hospitable and quickly took care of all our needs while staying there. The house is amazing. Significantly larger than what the pictures show. Everything works great, including the jacuzzi. The interior decorations are beautiful and really make you feel that you are on vacation, especially the furniture and the beautiful paintings. The cable and wireless internet was surprisingly fast which I really appreciated. The neighborhood is a nice quiet place with friendly neighbors, never had any trouble of any kind staying there. Location is also great, minutes from South Beach and Downtown. The area was close by many nice restaurants that I definitely enjoyed during my stay. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a place to stay in Miami or even for a short Miami vacation!

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Green street, lots of trees and birds but only minutes away from South Beach's night life, wonderful and renowed beaches, main highways and the airport...
