Description of the Miami vacation villa rental

Newly renovated, luxurious 3 bed 3 bathroom house with pool is available for your next vacation. This spacious modern villa is luxuriously furnished throughout and fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in most rooms. Our 3 bedrooms have sleeping space for 6-8 adults and the family room sofas can easily be transformed into extra beds. There are 3 large bedrooms with 3 baths that have 3 showers, two baths and one steam shower/Jacuzzi. All
baths have granite, or marble tiles. Naturally, there is a large European washer and dryer in the house. The fully equipped kitchen contains all modern stainless steel appliances including fridge, freezer, ice maker, filtered water faucet, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, instant hot water faucet, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a high speed wireless internet, local telephone line, and an excellent computer in the house, together with two TVs that have over 200 channels. Besides all this, we also have DVD Player, CD player, and
XBOX360, and a selection of DVD films, as well as CDs to keep you entertained. Also, an assortment of board games, toys and books in 4 different languages are
supplied for your use.

Do you need transportation while you are in Miami? We gladly pick you up from the airport and take you to see local attractions. Naturally,we will clean the house in between our guests but you cal also request a cleaning service for a small additional fee. Likewise, if you want to make your stay even more special, you can ask us to deliver your groceries or have a chefprepare you gourmet meals.


Monthly rent is $6,000 and weekly is $1,700.

The community in which the house is located next to Falls in South Miami is very tranquil with very little traffic. Yet, restaurants,shops, supermarkets, gas stations, and takeaways are only minutes away. The closest beach is 15 minutes from the house. There is parking at the front of
property for four cars.

• Deposits: $600 required when the house is reserved. This is a security deposit that will be returned upon leaving minus the $150 cleaning fee.
   
• Other Fees: $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the reservation fee. This one time service is part of every lease aggreemet. You can also request additional services if you so prefer. For example, a pool service is $50 per week. You can also request an additional cleaning service during your stay for $150. These services are NOT mandatory.

We spent a great week in this house, our son was happy to use the pool every day, to play with the endless amount of toys, to visit Miami MetroZoo and he even had an ability to change bedrooms every night :) The owners are very nice and showed tactful attitude towards us (tenants). We will be happy to tell about this villa to our friends and peers and we'll be back next summer. Thanks a lot!

We came to Miami from Europe and loved the house. While staying in the house my son got sick. The owner helped us to find an ER and even drove us there. The house was much more than we expected and the kids loved all the games etc. We will come back
