Description of the Miami vacation villa rental
Beautiful large luxury pool home close to South Beach, Airport and
Golf. Over 5000 sqft of living area. Open floor plan, great for
receptions, weddings, parties and multiple families. Gourmet chefs
kitchen with double refrigerators, double freezers, wine cooler, 4
ovens, gas stove top, microwave and a large island to
entertain(cooking classes). The high ceiling living area is open to a
very lush and private backyard with an over sized pool and outdoor
kitchen with ice maker, refrigerator, 8 burner grill and hot and cold
water. A separate pool house features a professional gym with TV and
an outdoor shower to freshen up after a swim or workout and dry off
with refrigerated towels. Polished marble floors in living areas and
hardwood floors in bedrooms. Plasma TV's, stereo system and secure
wireless access. The Baby Grand piano, dimmers and the wood burning
fireplace create a perfect ambiance. A separate game room features a
ping-pong table and darts. The master bedroom features his and her
separate bathrooms. Dual sinks and a double tub with jets and rain
shower. The guest bathroom has a double shower with wall jets.
Bedding is fitted with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, 2
single beds
The home is located in Miami Shores, a upscale neighborhood established in the 30s. Beautiful oak and banyan tree lined streets invite you for a stroll to the grocery store or restaurants in walking distance from this home. Miami Shores golf and Country Club is just down the street.
