Motor Yacht "Rendezvous" at Bayside Marketplace

Try something new and fun! Imagine staying in the heart of Miami aboard a beautiful motor yacht. Securely docked with high level security and free secure parking, it's a fun option to “just another condo” or hotel. 100's of shops and restaurants surround the docks. It's located just across the street from the AA Arena where the Miami Heat play and lots of concerts are hosted. Your time on the yacht can be peaceful and relaxing or action packed thanks to our excellent location. We’re only 4 miles from famous South Beach, or you can take a car and be in the Florida Keys in just a few hours.

The Boat:
“Rendezvous” is a 43 foot long (22 foot wide) Lagoon Power Cat built in France by one of the largest yacht builders in the world. She offers comfortable living space for 3 couples in three very private bedroom (staterooms), each stateroom has access to a private bath. Rendezvous offers four distinct outdoor sunbathing, dining or conversation areas.

This means that a group can enjoy privacy unavailable in a typical condo or hotel room. We have ample towels and linens on board. The salon and master stateroom both feature LCD TV’s. There is a stereo in the salon and forward outdoor lounge area that will accept an MP3 style player.

The kitchen (galley) is typical for a boat (compact if you’re accustomed to a house) and features a gas stove/oven, a double stainless steel sink, an under counter fridge with small freezer area as well as things like a blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Of course the yacht has hot and cold running water, air-conditioning & heating, electric flushing toilets as well as ample lighting and 110V outlets, etc. All the comforts and conveniences of your home, just in a smaller package.

The yacht is securely docked at slip 35 on the famous Pier 5 and is connected to power and water. There will not be any crew on board during your stay so you’ll enjoy privacy when on board.

The Location:
Arguably the very best location in Miami! Bayside Marina (also known as Miamarina) is located at 401 Biscayne Blvd, just on the north side of the famous Bayside Marketplace outdoor mall at Pier 5. Check out the site for Bayside to discover all the shops and restaurants that are at your footsteps.

From Bayside you can take bus tours of the city, boat tours of the celebrity homes in South Beach and Star Island, rent jet skis and small power boats, depart on a fishing trip. Just about anything you’d like to do. There is a park right next door to the marina (Bay Front Park) for strolling and take a walking tour of the city.

Of course, the shopping gets no better than South Beach just 4 miles away. Take a tour of the city on the Metro Rail, the stop is on 5 blocks from the dock. We have secure (free) parking for one car at the marina, or there lots of taxi’s always waiting for in front of Bayside Marketplace (about a 5 minute walk from the dock).

Just steps away from the American Airlines Arena. Walk to Miami Heat games and the area's very best concerts and shows!
