Description of the Middle Caicos vacation villa rental

Our Villa is located at Bambara beach on the outer island of Middle Caicos which has a population of only 270 people. Our location offers a private beach all inside a reef for safe swimming, para sailing, snorkeling, great fishing both in shore and deep water, nature walks, caves, bird watching, and just hanging out in the tiki hut on the beach. This is a secluded location and one can walk our five mile beach seldom seeing a sole. A great place for a family vacation. Experience the old Caribbean!

Middle Caicos is one of the outer islands. To get there you take a 30 minute ferry from Provo to North Caicos where our manager picks you up and takes you to our villa on Middle Caicos. North Caicos and Middle Caicos are linked with a causeway. No pre-booking of the ferry is required.

There is a native bar restaurant a 15 minute walk away near the village of Bambarra and a local park down the beach to the east.

Quite, relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful 8 days relaxing in the sun at the Sundial Villa. The villa was well equipped and had loads of music and movies. The caretaker Dolfeus took good care of us and took us out fishing and rented us his car. The next day his cousin brought us some fresh lobster. Though very secluded if this is what you are looking for we would highly recommend this vacation rental. We did not have hardly any bugs and the weather was great the whole time we where there.

The villa could have been a little clearner but overall was acceptable. Beautiful beach, fun local people, lots of privacy.

Heaven on Earth

This "suite" was so far above and beyond my expectations.Our view was amazing and the sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking.Both the rooms & the furnishings were luxurious. The beach portion directly in front of our room looked directly out upon our own "private reef" for snorkeling and there were NEVER more than a handful of people to contend with, so the privacy factor was much appreciated and welcome. All the beaches that we either walked or sailed to on an excursion were the most pristine my eye's have ever seen, and we have traveled extensively through Greece, Mexico and Belize... there was no comparison. Turks & Caicos won "hands down". We also discovered that this particular portion of Turks & Caicos is just now seeing major developement and there are ripe opportunities for investors. NO PROPERTY TAXES, NO INCOME TAX. Gotta love that!! We are considering making an investment here of our own. Do yourself a favor, GO...UNWIND..& be forewarned, you WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH IT!
