We spent a week here in late January and had a fabulous time. The cabin is gorgeous and sits on a lovely, secluded property that's close to amenities. The property has everything you'll need for your stay (including a great kitchen!) and is extremely clean and well-kept. A bonus - the fantastic art work by Joseph Garlock that fills the cabin! We would highly recommend this property and the owners were also great to deal with! We hope to have the opportunity to visit again! Pamela & David

No TV, no internet and no cell phone signal...but enjoyed every minute of it. If it were not for the rain that weekend, we would have a greater time outdoors. The cabin was big but cozy. It was also clean and well kept. MY kids loved it there...the creek nestled in the woods at the back of the house, the small lake a few steps from the cabin, the large front and side yard. They even had a mini hike at the back of the house. But most of all, my husband and I loved the location being in a secluded mountain area. Thank you Barb and Fred for letting us stay in your cabin.

We stayed 2 nites in the green cabin. It truly was amazing. Very beautiful and quiet and private. We extended our stay to 2 nites from 1, b/c it was so wonderful. Would definitely like to come back and stay longer. Fred & Barb are very friendly and helpful. They live just a few mins down the road so they are close by if you need anything. Enjoyed the hike in the woods behind the cabin & also the Hyde Caverns. What a beautiful place. Thank you Barb & Fred

We were surprised by how large and well built this log cabin was. The centrally located fireplace is beautifully built and efficiently warmed up the cabin in no time. It also provided a beautiful background for taking pictures. We enjoyed the hiking trails and the many amenities of the surrounding woods. Barbara and Fred, the cabin owners, were both friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone, and definitely consider it for an encore visit ourselves.
